    Abstract: A method of detecting a preload of a linear guide includes: applying an external force to the linear guide with an external force applying device, wherein the external force applying device sends an impact signal while applying the external force; sensing with a sensor a vibration signal sent from the linear guide because of vibration thereof which occurs under the external force; and receiving the impact signal of the external force applying device and the vibration signal of the sensor and calculating the preload of the linear guide according to a received result, with a signal analyzer. Therefore, with the method of the present invention, the preload of the linear guide is precisely tested regardless of environmental factors.

    Abstract: An internal-circulation-type ball screw includes a nut, a screw shaft, and two returning members. The nut has an internal-thread groove. The screw shaft passes through the nut and has an external-thread groove. The internally and external-thread grooves are aligned to form a helix channel. The screw shaft has a returning channel and two opposite receiving recesses. Each of the receiving recesses is radially communicated between the external-thread groove and the returning channel. The returning members are received in the receiving recesses of the screw shaft and each have a redirecting channel. The redirecting channel is connected between the helix channel and the returning channel, so that balls are allowed to circulate along the helix channel, the redirecting channel and the returning channel. Thereby, the internal-circulation-type ball screw provides good durability, reliability and smoothness in use.

    Abstract: A linear ball bearing guideway is provided with six rows of balls disposed between the slider and the rail, so as to improve the overall load capacity. The six rows of balls are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the head portion of the rail, and the three of the six rows of balls at each side are located at different heights. The neck-portion width of the head portion is smaller than a distance between the two rows of balls disposed at the lowest rail rolling grooves, but larger than the value of a distance between the two rows of balls in the highest rail rolling grooves minus a diameter of the balls, which ensures that the neck-portion width is overly small and affect the stiffness of the rail.

    Abstract: An offset preload ball screw with expandable loading area includes: a screw, a nut, and a plurality of balls between the screw and the nut. The inner helical groove of the nut includes at least a first section, a second section and a third section which are continuously connected one another. The preload constantly and smoothly changes in the second section, and the balls can be subjected to loads in positive or negative direction in the second section. Therefore, the running smoothness, precision and load capacity of the ball screw of the present invention is enhanced.

    Abstract: A six-row ball bearing linear guideway is provided with six rows of balls disposed between the slider and the rail. The six rows of balls are symmetrically disposed at two sides of the rail, the balls in the middle and upper rail rolling grooves bear and increase the load capacity in the downward direction. The balls in the lower rail rolling grooves bear a load in the upward direction, and the profile factor of the lower rail rolling grooves is smaller than that of the upper rail rolling grooves, thus the rated static load capacity in the upward direction is improved. The balls in the upper, middle and lower rail rolling grooves all serve to bear the load capacity in the lateral direction, thus the rated static load capacity in the lateral direction is improved. Hence, the rated static load capacity is improved in upward, downward and lateral directions.
