Abstract: A method and apparatus for handling bearers based on congestion level in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device configures at least two lower entities associated with an upper entity for multiple frequencies. A wireless device selects at least one lower entity among the at least two lower entities based on a congestion level of at least one frequency among the multiple frequencies. A wireless device submits a data unit to the at least one lower entity based on the selection. A wireless device performs transmission of the data unit.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for multiple accesses for fast connection reestablishment in a wireless communication system is provided. Upon detecting a failure, a wireless device selects multiple resources of one cell based on a type of the failure. Then, the wireless device triggers multiple access procedures each of which is mapped to each of the multiple resources of the one cell respectively, and performs multiple access transmissions for the multiple access procedures via the multiple resources of the one cell.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to random access in mobility in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device comprises: receiving, from a network, skip information for a random access channel (RACH) and information for a revert timer; performing a RACH-less handover to a target cell based on the skip information and starting the revert timer; determining that the RACH-less handover stops while the revert timer is running; and upon an expiry of the revert timer, transmitting a random access preamble with a ramped transmission power, wherein the ramped transmission power is higher than an initial transmission power of the random access preamble.
