    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. Embodiments of the present disclosure provides method for transmitting signals on an Unlicensed Frequency Band (UFB), comprising: performing, by a transmitting node, a first type of Listen Before Talk (LBT) on a direction i; transmitting, by the transmitting node, signals on a direction j after passing the first type of LBT, wherein the direction i is omnidirectional, or one or multiple beam directions corresponding to the direction j. The technical scheme of the present disclosure may be applied to high-frequency-band signal transmission and LBT and avoid interference with other nodes on the UFB.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for feeding back data receiving status, applied to a system, are provided. The method includes sequencing, by a User Equipment (UE), downlink subframes for transmitting data with respect to each Component Carrier (CC), generating receiving status feedback information for the first X downlink subframes with respect to each CC according to the result of the sequencing, where X≤M, wherein M is the number of downlink subframes on each CC, and transmitting the receiving status feedback information generated with respect to each CC to a base station. Accordingly, the UE will not misinterpret the receiving status for the downlink subframes due to inconsistencies with the base station between transmitting and receiving feedback. This affects the Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) transmission, saves the uplink overheads occupied by the receiving status feedback information, and increases the uplink coverage area.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a channel state information measurement method, including: receiving, by a user equipment (UE), resource indication information for a CSI measurement; performing, by the UE, the CSI measurement according to the resource indication information, and transmitting a Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) report to a control node. According to the present disclosure, users may be scheduled by the base station more effectively and the efficiency of the whole network may be increased.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data transmission method. A UE receives CSI-RS configuration signaling from a base station, measuring and reporting CSI according to the CSI-RS configuration signaling. The UE receives scheduling signaling from the base station, and receives downlink data according to the scheduling signaling. The method provides a way of measuring and feeding back CSI with reduced CSI-RS overhead. The method can configure DMRS ports in a flexible manner. Therefore, performances of MU-MIMO can be optimized.

    Abstract: Examples of the present invention provide a method for allocating Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) channel resources supporting transmit diversity and channel selection. The method includes: receiving, by a UE, Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) information and Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) data from a base station through two Carrier Components (CCs); obtaining, by the UE according to specific indication information, Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) channel resources required for transmitting HARQ-ACK feedback information using a transmit diversity technique; and transmitting, by the UE, the HARQ-ACK feedback information on the obtained PUCCH channel resources adopting the transmit diversity technique. According to the method provided by the examples of the present invention, it is possible to allocate HARQ-ACK channel resources to the UE reasonably and avoid waste of channel resources in the premise that channel selection and SORTD technique are supported.
