    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for restricting beams that may lead to inter-base station interference. For example, an implicit restriction of beams may be used by a first and second base station (e.g., a victim and aggressor base station, respectively). In such cases, the first base station may indicate a period, a subband, or both, associated with one or more scheduled uplink beams that the first base station may use for receiving uplink transmissions. The second base station may select beams that avoid interference with the uplink beam(s) of the first base station. Additionally or alternatively, an explicit restriction of beams may be signaled, where the first base station may explicitly indicate a set of downlink beams associated with the second base station that are allowed (e.g., beams that avoid interference with uplink transmissions at the first base station).

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The techniques described herein relate to enhancements to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring and skipping. A user equipment (UE) receives, from a network entity, a control message including a control channel skipping indication or a switching indication. The control channel skipping indication or the switching indication is associated with an application delay time duration that indicates a beginning of a control channel skipping or search space set group (SSSG) switching time duration. The UE adjusts an ending time of the application delay time duration based on feedback of whether a message was successfully received via a data channel. The UE skips monitoring of control channel occasions or transitioning from a first SSSG, beginning at the adjusted ending time of the application delay time duration.

The control message may indicate first and second pluralities of transmission configuration indicators associated with first and second downlink shared channels, respectively. The described techniques provide for a network entity to indicate one or more wake-up radio (WUR) configurations to a user equipment (UE), which may communicate a desired WUR configuration with the network entity. The scheduling information is transmitted using control resources allocated based on slot indexes of a plurality of slots configured for communicating the data transmissions on the first carrier.
