Abstract:
A lid (100,200) for a container (12) including at least one transparent section to enable the contents of the container (14) to be viewed or partially viewed when the lid (100,200) is fitted to the container (12). At least part of the at least one transparent section being constructed of an anti-fog material, or being coated with an anti-fog material, to prevent or reduce build up of condensation on an inner surface of the lid (100,200) during use.
Abstract:
Active packaging for supplying power, data, or both power and data to an electronic media device while the device is housed within the active packaging is provided. The active packaging may include one or more electrical traces in-molded or printed onto the packaging that couple to a suitable connector on the device. Power may also be provided via one or more wireless power techniques. Multiple active packages may be conductively stacked to transmit power, data, or both power and data to a row or stack or devices. POM sensors integrated with or attached to the device (or the active packaging itself) may detect various movement events. Coordinated and synchronized display effects may be presented while the devices are housed within the active packaging.
Abstract:
A clamshell package is provided for holding and displaying a consumer product that comprises a bottle and a cap. The clamshell package comprises a first clamshell side and a second clamshell side, wherein at least a portion of the first and second clamshell sides are affixed together to hold the consumer product between the first and second clamshell sides. The clamshell package further comprises an aperture through which at least a portion of the cap of the consumer product extends from the clamshell package. The clamshell package is therefore able to hold and display the consumer product, while allowing a consumer to access the cap of the product in order to smell or to sample the product. A clamshell package is further provided for holding and displaying a consumer product comprising liquid composition contained in a tottle.
Abstract:
A tamperproof genuineness ID device with self-destruct protection function and a method thereof, which identifies whether merchandises are genuine or fake by reading, identifying and encrypting genuineness ID information in a genuineness ID medium. The tamperproof genuineness ID device includes a working part with self-destruct protection function and a detecting work part for identifying a product to be detected, wherein the product to be detected is airtight sealed or fixed with the tamperproof genuineness ID device together. The method includes several steps: setting the genuineness ID medium in a coordinate working state with the tamperproof genuineness ID device; identifying information in the genuineness ID medium by the detecting work part of the tamperproof genuineness ID device, then encrypting and calculating to obtain a native genuineness ID code; and outputting a detecting result. The tamperproof genuineness ID device makes genuineness ID detection for merchandise easier and more reliable.
Abstract:
An oral care implement demonstration assembly includes a powered oral care implement, a package housing and a plurality of demonstration elements. The oral care implement demonstration assembly is configured to produce a visual demonstration effect when relative movement is provided between a first demonstration element and a second demonstration element. Among the visual effects that may be utilized is a Moiré effect. Additionally, an associated method for demonstrating features of an oral care implement though one or more visual effects is described herein.

Abstract:
The present invention is directed toward a display package for an animated doll or similar toy product that facilitates demonstration of the toy's animated features. The display package provides an enclosure that houses the doll. The doll includes an animation mechanism that drives a portion of the toy from a first position to a second position. The display package may include a moveable display panel mounted within the enclosure. The display panel is selectively engaged by the toy when the animation mechanism is engaged. The display package may include a support member that supports the toy within the package and permits the animation mechanism to move the doll from a first display position to a second display position.
Abstract:
A container for beverages has a hollow container body, an electronic display provided on said hollow container body and displaying information which is visible from outside, and a user-operated control for controlling the information displayed on said electronic display by a user.
Abstract:
The present disclosure is directed generally to product packaging and, more specifically, to product packaging assemblies with try-me toys that may allow a consumer to visualize, experiment, and design various looks available in the product line at the point of purchase while the product remains in the product packaging and after purchase.
Abstract:
The present invention is a substantially spherical beverage container that enables a person to carry a large volume, about 480 to 720 fluid ounces, of beverage or other fluid. In several embodiments of the present invention the container has at least one handle, but preferably two handles are integrated into the container. The container is preferably made of recyclable material. More preferably the container is made of only one type of recyclable material to facilitate easy recycling.
