Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method in which a terminal performs a random access procedure comprises the following steps: transmitting a random access preamble to a base station; and receiving, from said base station and as a response to said random access preamble, a random access response message indicated by a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for a cell identifier of said terminal.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a wireless communication system. A method for transmitting a power headroom report (PHR) from a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention may include determining whether a time alignment timer (TAT) for a serving cell is operating; and transmitting, to a base station, a PHR including only the PHR on the serving cell in which the TAT is operating.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and more particularly, a method and device for performing network connection are disclosed herein. The method of a user equipment for performing network connection in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the steps of receiving information on a network connection for a second type service from a first base station providing a first type service in the user equipment; based upon information on the network connection, deciding whether or not the network connection is permitted and deciding a target of the network connection; and, when the network connection is authorized, transmitting a network connection request message to the target of the network connection.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a paging handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: registering to a first network and a second network; establishing a connection with the first network; receiving, from the first network, information for a release timer; starting the release timer after receiving a paging from the second network; and upon an expiry of the release timer: releasing the connection with the first network without receiving a radio resource control (RRC) release message from the first network; and establishing a connection with the second network based on the paging from the second network.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for handling ephemeris information for a NTN cell in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device may receive, from a network, an ephemeris information related to a Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN) cell. The wireless device may determine whether the ephemeris information is valid or not, based on whether the measurement on the NTN cell is able to be performed during the service time of the NTN cell. Based on determining that the ephemeris information is not valid, the wireless device may transmit, to the network, (1) information informing that the ephemeris information is not valid and (2) information on time at which the measurement on the NTN cell is able to be performed.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to measurement logging and reporting in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: transiting from an inactive state to an idle state based on a transition cause; logging the transition cause; and transmitting a logged measurement report comprising the logged transition cause to a network.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to method and apparatus for backhaul status reporting in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system comprises: receiving a detecting configuration and a report configuration, the report configuration comprising a reporting destination informing at least one wireless device among a plurality of wireless devices connected to the wireless device via a first backhaul for the wireless device; detecting a status of a second backhaul for the wireless device based on the detecting configuration; and transmitting the status of the second backhaul based on the report configuration, to the at least one wireless device informed by the reporting destination.
Abstract:
Proposed is a method for performing a sidelink operation in a wireless communication system, the method being performed by a terminal. The method comprises: selecting a preferred resource pool from among a plurality of resource pools, wherein the preferred resource pool is one of a first resource pool including a physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resource and a second resource pool without the PSFCH resource; and, on the basis of a re-selection condition, performing the sidelink operation on the first resource pool or the second resource pool.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to reporting logging information in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the wireless device may report information informing that an out-of-coverage is detected upon a subscriber identity module (SIM) switching, to a network.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for relaxation of mobility condition based on serving cell quality is provided. A wireless device, which has been configured with conditional mobility, performs a conditional mobility to a target cell by using a mobility condition related to the target cell upon detecting a radio link problem on a serving cell.
