Abstract: [Problem] To expand and deploy a hood-shaped airbag in a reliably sandwiched condition between the top of a shoulder of a seated occupant and a seatbelt in a normal set condition during a collision, and reduce injury to the occupant by a device other than an airbag such as a seatbelt or the like.
[Resolution Means] An airbag device 11 contains an airbag 12 and inflator 13 integrally covering the head 2a and a side portion of a seated occupant 2. The airbag 12 in a flat condition prior to folding has a plurality of chambers 12c demarcated in a longitudinal direction. The chamber 12c has a head protecting chamber 12ca stored in an upper portion of a backrest portion 1b of a seat 1 and a pair of side protecting chambers 12cb stored in opposing positions separated in a vehicle width direction on both left and right sides of the backrest portion 1b. At the time of expansion and deployment, the side protecting chamber 12cb expands and deploys between the seatbelt 3 and occupant 2, and thus the airbag 12 is configured such that a space S is formed between the occupant 2 and airbag 12 deployed at a position where the seatbelt 3 passes.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an airbag device for a vehicle. The airbag device comprises: an airbag cushion which is formed in a shawl shape and deployed toward both sides of a passenger so as to wrap and restrain the entire upper body around both shoulders of the passenger when a vehicle collides; and an inflator for generating gas and supplying the gas to the airbag cushion in response to an impact detection signal when the vehicle collides. Abstract: A vehicle seat includes a seat cushion, a seat back having a side support, a frame sidewall in the side support, and a side airbag device. The side airbag device has an airbag in the side support, and an inflator for supplying a gas to the airbag. The airbag has a first chamber to be deployed toward a vehicle front side, a second chamber, and an inner vent hole at a partition between the first and second chambers. The second chamber starts to be deployed prior to the deployment of the first chamber. The gas flows from the second chamber to the first chamber via the inner vent hole. When the second chamber is deployed, at least one of an upper region or a lower region of the second chamber protrudes toward the vehicle front side than a middle region of the second chamber.

The soft cover 116 includes a bolt anchoring hole 120 to which the stud bolt 118 is hooked, and a hook anchoring hole 122 to which the hook 130 of the bracket 112 is hooked.
