    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for processing of video are described. The processing includes video encoding, decoding, or transcoding. A video processing method includes performing a conversion between a video including one or more pictures including one or more subpictures and a bitstream of the video. The bitstream conforms to a format rule that specifies that a trailing subpicture that is associated with an intra random access point subpicture or a gradual decoding refresh subpicture follows the intra random access point subpicture or the gradual decoding refresh subpicture in an order.

One example video processing method includes performing a conversion between a video and a bitstream of the video according to a format rule, wherein the bitstream includes one or more output layer sets (OLSs), each OLS comprising one or more coded layer video sequences, and wherein the format rule specifies that a video parameter set indicates, for each of the one or more OLSs, a greatest allowed value of a chroma format indicator and/or a greatest allowed value of a bit depth used to represent pixels of the video.

    Abstract: A method of visual media processing includes determining, for a conversion between a current video block of visual media data and a bitstream representation of the current video block, a buffer that stores reference samples for prediction in an intra block copy mode; for a sample spatially located at location of the current video block relative to an upper-left position of a coding tree unit including the current video block and having a block vector, computing a corresponding reference in the buffer at a reference location, wherein the reference location is determined using the block vector and the location; and upon determining that the reference location lies outside the buffer, re-computing the reference location based at least in part on a location of the current video block relative to the coding tree unit including the current video block.

    Abstract: Several techniques for video encoding and video decoding are described. One example method includes performing a conversion between a video block of a video and a bitstream of the video. The video block uses a low frequency non-separable transform for the conversion. The bitstream conforms to a format rule specifying that a syntax element is included at a syntax level for the bitstream. The syntax element is indicative of whether use of a scaling matrix which is derived from a reference scaling list is enabled for the video block. The syntax level is a sequence level, a picture level, or a slice level.
