Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to transmit physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions having repetitions. The UE receives a first downlink control information (DCI) transmission from a base station of the wireless network, wherein the first DCI transmission schedules a first physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission having repetitions, transmits the PUSCH transmission with the one or more repetitions, receives a second DCI transmission from the base station, wherein the second DCI transmission indicates that the UE should modify the repetitions of the first PUSCH transmission and modifies the repetitions of the first PUSCH transmission.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) monitors a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH). The UE receives a configuration for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) including repetitions for PDCCH candidates comprising first PDCCH data, wherein the PDCCH candidates are repeated across multiple durations of a DL resource grid, detects, based on a repetition detection scheme, each of the PDCCH candidates and combines soft bits from each of the PDCCH candidates, wherein the combined soft bits are jointly decoded to determine the first PDCCH data and calculates a number of blind decodes (BDs) for the durations of the DL resource grid carrying the PDCCH candidates, wherein at least one BD value for the PDCCH candidates is scaled by a scaling factor for the calculation of the number of BDs.

Abstract: Techniques for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) processing for multiple transmission and reception point (multi-TRP) are disclosed. In some embodiments, determining PDSCH hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) processing timing may include determining that a user equipment (UE) is configured for single downlink control information (single-DCI) multi-TRP PDSCH operation, determining a first PDSCH and a second PDSCH within a slot, wherein the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH are used in the single-DCI multi-TRP PDSCH operation, and determining a minimum HARQ-ACK processing timing for the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH using one or more symbols of the first PDSCH or one or more symbols of both the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) comprising a processor configured to perform the operations that determines an uplink (UL) slot is described. In exemplary embodiments, the UE receives, from a base station, a scaling factor through a first Radio Resource Control (RRC) signal. The UE may further determines an offset through a second RRC signal. In addition, the UE may receive from the base station, downlink control information (DCI) that includes an indication of an initial time gap. Furthermore, the UE may calculate a new time gap by at least applying the scaling factor to the initial time gap and determine a slot of uplink transmission based on at least the new time gap and the offset.

Abstract: PUCCH carrier switching includes decoding an RRC configuration that indicates a reference cell having a reference cell slot numerology. A reference cell slot is determined for PUCCH transmissions based on the reference cell slot numerology. The determined slot is used for transmission of an SR, CSI, or HARQ-ACK, A DCI indicating a candidate target PUCCH cell having a candidate target PUCCH cell slot numerology and a slot of the candidate target PUCCH cell is decoded. A target PUCCH cell having a target PUCCH cell slot numerology is determined for transmitting the SR, the CSI, or the HARQ-ACK. The determined slot is mapped to a corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. A PUCCH resource is determined for transmitting the SR, the CSI, or the HARQ-ACK using the corresponding slot of the target PUCCH cell. The PUCCH resource determination is based on a PUCCH configuration of the target PUCCH cell.

Abstract: A user equipment is configured to connect to a base station (BS) over a shared channel subject to channel access operations. The UE receives a first configuration for a BS-initiated fixed frame period (FFP) (BS-FFP) and a second configuration for a UE-initiated FFP (UE-FFP), determines that no downlink (DL) transmissions are detected during a predefined time of the BS-FFP and determines that at least one condition associated with an uplink (UL) transmission is satisfied. When no downlink (DL) transmissions are detected during the predefined time of the BS-FFP and the at least one condition is satisfied, the UE performs a UE-initiated channel access operation. Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for determining a starting point of a measurement gap. The NR may serve as a master Radio Access Network (RAN) and the EUTRA may serve as a secondary RAN. The processor circuitry may also be configured to perform a signal quality measurement during the measurement gap, wherein the signal quality measurement is performed on a target cell of the NR or EUTRA.
