    Abstract: A terminal apparatus receives a parameter that is configured by a network apparatus and that is used to calculate an update period, where the update period is used to indicate time at which the terminal apparatus receives an uplink time-frequency synchronization parameter. The terminal apparatus receives an updated uplink time-frequency synchronization parameter based on the update period. The network apparatus configures the parameter for calculating the update period, so that the terminal apparatus can update the uplink time-frequency synchronization parameter in time.

    Abstract: Examples in this application provide a wireless communication method and device. One example method includes obtaining downlink control information and a scrambled sequence from a network device, where bits corresponding to the scrambled sequence are scrambled with each piece of configuration information of a plurality of pieces of configuration information used for configuring a terminal device by the network device, each piece of the configuration information corresponds to at least one bit in the scrambled sequence, and at least one bit of the bits that correspond to each piece of the configuration information does not correspond to another piece of configuration information of the plurality of pieces of the configuration information, descrambling, based on a possible value of each piece of the configuration information, the bits corresponding to each piece of the configuration information, to obtain a descrambled sequence, and performing a check operation using the descrambled sequence and the DCI.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides a beam information indication method and an apparatus. The terminal device obtains reference domain information of a plurality of beams and a first offset corresponding to each moment, to update beam domain information, where the first offset indicates an offset of domain information of the plurality of beams relative to the reference domain information of the plurality of beams.     Abstract: A polar encoding and decoding method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: obtaining K to-be-encoded bits; selecting K sequence numbers from a first sequence, where the to-be-encoded bits are placed on polar channels corresponding to the K sequence numbers; and performing polar code encoding on the K to-be-encoded bits to obtain encoded bits, where the first sequence includes sequence numbers of N polar channels, and the first sequence is one or a subsequence of a related sequence. This technical solution is applicable to a short message communication system of a BeiDou satellite. The method can effectively improve performance of the communication system and reduce complexity.

    Abstract: This application provides a scheduling method and apparatus. The method includes: a network device uses a scheduling model applicable to K users for one or more times, and determines a scheduled terminal device based on scheduling weights output by the scheduling model for one or more times. Each time the scheduling model is used, status information of K terminal devices in n to-be-scheduled terminal devices is input to the scheduling model, and the scheduling model outputs scheduling weights respectively corresponding to the K terminal devices, where K is an integer greater than 1, and n is an integer greater than K. Therefore, regardless of a quantity of to-be-scheduled terminal devices in a communication system, the network device may reuse the scheduling model without re-establishing a scheduling model, so that the scheduling model is expandable and applicable to scenarios in which quantities of to-be-scheduled terminal devices are different.

    Abstract: A data broadcast method includes obtaining, by a satellite base station, a plurality of pieces of data that are to be broadcast. The plurality of pieces of data are a same type of data including compensation values of Doppler frequency shifts, change rates of Doppler frequency shifts, transmission delays, change rates of transmission delays, timing advances TAs, change rates of TAs, or angles of a plurality of beams that respectively correspond to a plurality of beams generated by the satellite base station. The satellite base station determines reference data and a difference between each piece of data in the plurality of pieces of data and the reference data. The satellite base station sends first indication information and a plurality of pieces of second indication information to a terminal device. The first indication information indicates the reference data.

    Abstract: This application discloses a polar code interleaving processing method and apparatus. The method includes: determining N to-be-encoded bits, where N is a positive integer; obtaining a first sequence that includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, where the first sequence is used to indicate a reliability order of the N polarized channels; performing polar encoding on the N to-be-encoded bits to obtain encoded bits; and performing interleaving processing on the encoded bits based on the first sequence. Because the first sequence used to indicate the reliability of the polarized channels is a sequence already existing in a polar code encoding process, no additional storage resource needs to be used to store the first sequence in the interleaving processing process, thereby reducing use of storage resources.
