    Abstract: A method for operating a terminal for radio link management includes: receiving from a first cell a connection reconfiguration message, for configuring carrier aggregation, including configuration information for a second cell; performing beam and radio link monitoring for the first and second cells; when a beam failure for the second cell is detected, performing at least one from among a procedure of reporting the beam failure to the first and second cells, a procedure of requesting the recovery of the beam failure from the first and second cells, and a beam recovery procedure for the second cell; receiving, from the first or second cell, a control message in response to the report of the beam failure, or in response to the beam recovery procedure; and, upon receiving the control message, determining whether the beam recovery procedure is successful.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a scheduling device and method of a mobile communication system. In the packet scheduling method, a base station performs packet scheduling for a terminal station in a mobile communication system, and a transport channel comprising an uplink shared channel (UL-SCH) and a physical channel comprising an uplink grant channel (UL-GCH) between the terminal and the base station are classified into a plurality of channels. In addition, in the packet scheduling method: a) the base station receives scheduling information from the terminal; b) the base station allocates an uplink resource for uplink traffic transmission for terminal based on the received scheduling information; and c) information for the allocated uplink resource is transmitted to the terminal through the UL-GCH of the physical channel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a medical image analysis method and apparatus. The medical image analysis method according to an exemplary embodiment includes: receiving a frontal image of a spine; separating vertebral bodies from a vertebrae constituting the spine in the frontal image and extracting a contour of each of the vertebral bodies; deforming a 3D vertebral body model prepared in advance to match with the contour of each vertebral body; detecting an upper plane and a lower plane of each vertebral body in a matched 3D vertebral body model; determining an inclination of each vertebral body based on the upper plane and the lower plane of each vertebral body; and calculating a Cobb's angle based on the inclination of the vertebral body.
