    Abstract: Provided is a power conversion device that does not require adaptation work and can suppress a current beat regardless of an operation state of a motor. The power conversion device includes an inverter 1 that converts a DC voltage into an AC voltage and drives an AC motor 2, and beat compensation units 46 and 49 that suppress a current beat component of an output current of the inverter 1. The beat compensation units 46 and 49 include beat extraction units 50, 51, and 52 that calculate beat components of the output current of the inverter 1, and beat compensation voltage calculation units 53 and 54 that estimate beat compensation voltages from the beat components calculated by the beat extraction units 50, 51, and 52. The current beat component of the output current of the inverter 1 is suppressed based on the beat compensation voltages estimated by the beat compensation voltage calculation units 53 and 54.

    Abstract: A headlight control device which recognizes an oncoming vehicle using a camera without dazzling the driver of the oncoming vehicle includes a sequence control section that generates a headlight control signal from an image captured by the camera mounted on the vehicle, and a control value calculation section that calculates a control value for a light distribution pattern in the headlight control signal. An image recognition program includes a license plate recognition section that detects a license plate of the preceding vehicle from the image, and a cut-off line recognition section that detects a cut-off line of the headlight from the image. The control value calculation section calculates the control value for the light distribution pattern such that the cut-off line detected by the cut-off line recognition section is positioned higher by a predetermined height than an upper end of the license plate detected by the license plate recognition section.

    Abstract: If a wire is broken at a connecting portion 5a, the connection with a positive electrode wiring 4a is broken and a second discharge circuit 11 is lost. However, a first discharge resistor 6 is connected to a positive electrode wiring 4a, and a first discharge circuit 9 is maintained. If a wire is broken at a connecting portion 5b, the connection with a negative electrode wiring 4b is broken and the second discharge circuit 11 is lost. However, the switching element 7 is connected to the negative electrode wiring 4b via a board wiring 3 and a relay wiring 21, and the first discharge circuit 9 is maintained. If a wire is broken at a connecting portion 5c, the connection with the first discharge resistor 6 is broken and the first discharge circuit 9 is lost, but the second discharge circuit 11 is maintained. When a wire is broken at a connecting portion 5d, the connection between the switching element 7 and the second discharge resistor 10 is maintained at the connecting portion 5b, and the first discharge circuit 9 and the second discharge circuit 11 are maintained. According to the invention, a discharge can be maintained even if a disconnection occurs in a connecting portion with a discharge resistor.

    Abstract: An object is to improve the productivity of a power semiconductor device. A power semiconductor device according to the invention includes a circuit portion having a conductor for transmitting a current and a power semiconductor element, a first base portion and a second base portion facing each other with the circuit portion interposed therebetween, and a transfer mold member which is in contact with the conductor and the power semiconductor element and is filled in a space between the first base portion and the second base portion. The first base portion includes a first flat portion that is connected to a peripheral edge of the first base portion, and a first bent portion that connects the first flat portion and another portion of the first base portion and is plastically deformed. The transfer mold member is integrally configured in contact with the first flat portion.
