    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, from a serving transmission-reception point (TRP), downlink control information (DCI) triggering the UE to measure positioning reference signals (PRS), wherein a code point in the DCI is associated with one or more PRS resources, one or more PRS resource sets, one or more positioning frequency layers, or one or more TRPs, and measures PRS transmitted on the one or more PRS resources, the one or more PRS resource sets, the one or more positioning frequency layers, or the one or more TRPs.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a wireless node (e.g., UE, gNB) performs a partial measurement of a measurement type (e.g., RSTD, Rx-Tx, etc.) of a reference signal for positioning (RS-P) resource (e.g., PRS, SRS) that includes multiple symbols, the partial measurement being measured across a subset of the multiple symbols. The wireless node transmits a measurement report that includes an indication of the first partial measurement. The communications device receives the measurement report, and determines whether a spoofing attack is associated with the RS-P based at least in part upon the measurement report.

    Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for determining the location of an object using RF sensing. More specifically, an object may be detected in a wireless data communication network using radar techniques in which one or more base stations act as a transmitter and a mobile device (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) acts as a receiver in a bistatic or multi-static radar configuration. By comparing the time a line-of-sight (LOS) signal is received by the mobile device with that of an echo signal from a reflection of an RF signal from the object, a position of the object can be determined. Depending on desired functionality, this position can be determined by the UE, or by a network entity.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a radar controller determines transmission configuration(s) for target radar signals from a first wireless communications device to a second wireless communications device, the target radar signals for sensing of at least one target, the at least one transmission configuration configuring a first time-domain section associated with a first time-domain target radar signal density, and a second time-domain section associated with a second time-domain target radar signal density that is different than the first time-domain target radar signal density. The radar controller transmits the transmission configuration(s) to the first and second wireless communications devices. The first wireless communications device transmits the target radar signals to the second wireless communications device in accordance with the transmission configuration(s).

    Abstract: A radar system may comprise a first wireless communications system Transmission Reception Point (TRP) configured as a transmitter for sending a transmit signal toward a target, a second wireless communications system TRP configured as a receiver for receiving an echo signal corresponding to a reflection of the transmit signal from the target, and a radar server. The first wireless communications system TRP and the second wireless communications system TRP may be part of a cellular communications system. The second wireless communications system TRP may be configured to generate one or more measurement reports containing one or more of delay, Doppler frequency, and/or angle-of-arrival information. The second wireless communications system TRP may be configured to send the one or more measurement reports to an entity within the cellular communications system.
