Abstract: A display device includes, a voltage line including a first metal layer and a first transparent conductive layer on the first metal layer, an insulating layer on the voltage line including a first hole exposing a part of the first transparent conductive layer, a pad electrode on the insulating layer including a second transparent conductive layer contacting the first transparent conductive layer where the first hole is disposed, a pixel-defining layer on the pad electrode including a second hole exposing a part of the pad electrode, and a common electrode on the pixel-defining layer contacting the pad electrode where the second hole is disposed. The first transparent conductive layer has a smaller width than the first metal layer, and an end of the first transparent conductive layer is spaced apart from an end of the first metal layer by a first distance at an end of the voltage line.
