摘要: In a tire, a tire outer diameter OD is in a range 200 mm≤OD≤660 mm. A total tire width SW is in a range 100 mm≤SW≤400 mm. A carcass layer is formed by layering two layers of carcass plies formed by covering organic fiber cords with coating rubbers. The organic fiber cords of the two layers of the carcass plies have cord angles in a range of 80 degrees or more and 100 degrees or less with respect to a tire circumferential direction. A tensile strength Tcs per a width of 50 mm of each of the two layers of the carcass plies (13A, 13B) is in a range 17 N/mm≤Tcs/OD≤120 N/mm with respect to the tire outer diameter OD.

摘要: A tread pattern of a pneumatic tire includes circumferential main grooves, a land portion defined by the circumferential main grooves in the lateral direction, and sipes at intervals in a circumferential direction, the sipes connecting the circumferential main grooves with each other. Each of the sipes has a peak-like shape protruding to a first side in the circumferential direction. When, in a profile cross-section of the tread portion taken along the lateral direction, an arc passing through two land portion edge points at which a tread surface of the land portion is connected with groove wall surfaces of the circumferential main grooves and having a center point positioned on the equator line is set to a standard profile line, a profile line formed by the tread surface of the land portion is a swelling profile line protruding outward of the standard profile line in a radial direction.

摘要: Center land portions of a tire each include a circumferential narrow groove extending in a tire circumferential direction, and a first lateral groove opening to one edge portion of each of the center land portions at one end and connecting to the circumferential narrow groove at the other end, and a second lateral groove opening to the other edge portion of the center land portion at one end and connecting to the circumferential narrow groove at the other end. Further, the circumferential narrow groove has a zigzag shape formed by repeatedly connecting a first long portion, a first short portion, a second long portion, and a second short portion. Furthermore, the first lateral groove connects to the first long portion of the circumferential narrow groove having the zigzag shape, and the second lateral groove connects to the second long portion of the circumferential narrow groove having the zigzag shape.

摘要: Provided is a pneumatic tire. Center blocks provided in a center region of a tread portion are arrayed and form pairs across inclined grooves that are inclined with respect to a tire circumferential direction. Each one of the center blocks extends across a tire equator from one side to the other side of the tire equator. Each one of the center block includes a cut formed of a first wall and a second wall connected in a V-shape in a tread surface. The first wall extends at an angle within ±20° with respect to the tire circumferential direction in the tread surface, and the second wall extends at an angle within ±10° with respect to a tire lateral direction. Each one of wall surface angles of the first wall and the second wall is larger than a wall surface angle of a wall surface provided with the cut.

摘要: A manufacturing device for an unvulcanized band-shaped rubber member is provided. A position sensor detects, across a width direction of the band-shaped rubber member, leading and trailing ends of the band-shaped rubber member placed in a flat state on a conveyor, holding portions arranged side by side in the width direction hold at least one of the leading or trailing ends, with movement portions allowing the holding portions to move individually in a front-rear direction, the leading and the trailing ends are held by the leading and trailing end holding mechanisms, respectively, and a control unit controls a displacement of the movement portions in the front-rear direction based on data from the position sensor and a target length to adjust elongation in the front-rear direction at or near a held portion held by each of the holding portions to achieve the target length of the band-shaped rubber member.
