    摘要： The present invention is directed to provide an etching agent for a semiconductor substrate, which is capable of etching a titanium (Ti)-based metal film or a tungsten (W)-based metal film on a semiconductor substrate and an etching method using relevant etching agent, and relates to a liquid for preparing the etching agent for a semiconductor substrate composed of a solution comprising (A) hydrogen peroxide, (B) a phosphonic acid chelating agent having a hydroxyl group, (C) a basic compound, and (D-1) a copper anticorrosive and/or (D-2) 0.01 to 3% by weight of two or more kinds of anion species other than phosphonic acid chelating agents having a hydroxyl group, in which anion species have no oxidizing power, an etching method characterized by etching a titanium (Ti)-based metal film or a tungsten (W)-based metal film on a semiconductor substrate using relevant etching agent for a semiconductor substrate, further, a solution comprising (B) a phosphonic acid chelating agent having a hydroxyl group, (C) a basic compound, and (D-1) a copper anticorrosive and/or (D-2) anion species other than phosphonic acid chelating agents having a hydroxyl group, in which anion species have no oxidizing power.

    摘要： A toner-fixer apparatus 1 used in an electronic photograph printer includes: an apparatus main unit extending along a web fed in the electronic photograph printer; a hot-air-blower section having air ejection ports for blowing hot air onto the web; and an air-exhaust section for suctioning air into air exhaust ports having openings on the apparatus main unit opposed to the web. In this configuration, the toner-fixer apparatus obtains capabilities in terms of fixing toner used in a multi-color image, thermal efficiency, environmental load, and space saving.

    摘要： A protection data control unit is provided for a cache control unit. In the writing operation to write user data from an upper apparatus into a cache memory, protection data is formed on a data block unit basis of the user data and written into the cache memory. When the interruption of the transfer of the data block is detected during the writing into the cache memory, a forming state of the protection data upon interruption is stored in the cache memory. When the transfer restart of the data block is detected after the interruption, the forming state is returned to the forming state of the protection data upon interruption stored in the cache memory and the formation of the protection data is restarted.
