    Abstract: In accordance with an example embodiment of the present invention, a method comprising: determining, by a user equipment of a communication network, information received from a communication network comprising a physical uplink control channel resource set indication and an indication of subcarrier spacing used for a physical uplink control channel; based on the information, determining at least one of a size or allocation of at least one physical uplink control channel resource associated with the physical uplink control channel resource set; and transmitting control information associated with the physical uplink control channel to the communication network using at least the determined at least one of size or allocation of the at least one physical uplink control channel resource.

    Abstract: In some example embodiments, there may be provided a method that includes receiving, by a user equipment, at least a reporting configuration from a network, wherein the reporting configuration is associated with at least a first group of channel measurement resources to be measured by the user equipment and a second group of channel measurement resources for which beam indexes or beam measurements are predicted by a machine learning model comprised at the user equipment; providing, as an input to the machine learning model comprised at the user equipment, at least a first set of measurements on the first group of channel measurement resources; and reporting, to the network, channel measurement information, wherein the channel measurement information contains at least an index representing a channel measurement resource of the second group of channel measurement resources. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A UE transmits a first message including a request to establish communication based on a first communication session type and a first set of one or more session attributes associated with the first message. The UE receives a second message including an indication that the request to establish communication using the first communication session type is rejected. After receiving the second message, the UE removes from use, a retransmission of the first communication session type and the first set of one or more session attributes for establishing communication, and transmits a third message including a request for communication based on a second communication session type and a second set of one or more session attributes, associated with the third message. A combination of the first communication session type and the first set, is not identical to a second combination including the second communication session type and the second set.

    Abstract: Examples of the disclosure relate to wake-up signals for devices with no main radio or for which a main radio is turned off. An apparatus can be arranged in a low power state and can be arranged to receive a wake-up signal via a low power receiver when in the low power state. The wake-up signal comprises information identifying an apparatus or type of apparatus, and instructions to perform one or more actions in response to the wake-up signal. The apparatus can determine if the wake-up signal is intended for the apparatus based on the information identifying an apparatus or type of apparatus in the wake-up signal. The apparatus can perform the one or more actions indicated in the wake-up signal based on the determination.
