Abstract:
A vending machine and an item dispensing method. The vending machine includes: a storage column used to store items; a bucket used to receive an item from the storage column; a first conveying mechanism disposed at the storage column and used to convey the item in the storage column to the bucket; a second conveying mechanism disposed at the bucket and used to convey the item from the storage column to the inside of the bucket; and a controller. The first and second conveying mechanisms are each electrically connected to the controller. The item dispensing method includes controlling the first conveying mechanism to convey an item to the bucket at a first preset speed and controlling the second conveying mechanism to convey the item to the inside of the bucket at a second preset speed, as the item is entering the bucket, the first preset speed being less than the second preset speed.
Abstract:
A banknote stacking and separating apparatus and a banknote processing apparatus relate to automated machinery. The banknote stacking and separating apparatus includes a frame, and a guide plate and a pressing plate that are disposed on the frame. The frame is provided with an entrance-and-exit for a banknote. One end of the guide plate adjacent to the entrance-and-exit is pivotally connected to the frame, and the guide plate is operative to rotate around an axis of a pivoting shaft and is configured to guide a moving direction of the banknote when the banknote is being collected. The pressing plate is configured to support the collected banknotes and press the banknotes towards the guide plate while the banknotes are being separated. One end of the guide plate far away from the entrance-and-exit is provided with a force-releasing portion configured to support the guide plate when the pressing plate presses the banknotes towards the guide plate, thus creating a gap between the guide plate and the banknotes supported by the pressing plate.

Abstract:
Disclosed is a bucket applied in a vending machine, including a bucket body, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism. The bucket body includes an inner cavity and two ports in communication with the inner cavity respectively. The two ports are arranged at an interval in a first preset direction. The first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism are arranged at an interval in the bucket body in a second preset direction, and are respectively configured to detachably mate with a dispensing assembly of a storage column of the vending machine, to provide power to the dispensing assembly. Also disclosed is a vending machine including multiple storage columns and the aforementioned bucket.
Abstract:
An automatic teller machine includes a banknote conveyance channel, a banknote recycling channel, and a banknote circulation channel. The banknote conveyance channel includes an annular channel, a first branch channel, a second branch channel, a third branch channel, a fourth branch channel, and a fifth branch channel. A banknote-in mechanism communicates with the annular channel via the first branch channel. A temporary storage mechanism communicates with the annular channel via the second branch channel. A banknote-out mechanism communicates with the annular channel via the third branch channel. Two ends of an identification mechanism communicate with the annular channel via the fourth branch channel and the fifth branch channel, respectively. A recycling box communicates with the banknote conveyance channel via the banknote recycling channel. A circulation box communicates with the banknote circulation channel via the banknote circulation channel.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a reading assembly and a paper currency sorter. The reading assembly includes a reading component and a frame. The frame includes a first side wall and a second side wall being disposed oppositely to each other. The reading component is disposed between the first side wall and the second side wall. A first end surface of the reading component is in insertion connection with the first side wall through an insertion member. The insertion member is in linear contact or point contact with the first side wall, and can pivot on a contact position relative to the first side wall in the process of assembling. A second end surface of the reading component is fixedly connected with the second side wall through a connection piece.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a printer and a control method thereof. The control method of the printer includes: a first positioning mark and a first printing content are printed on printing paper when printing is executed using a ribbon of a reference color; and a starting position of the first page is transmitted to a printing position of a printing head according to the first positioning mark and a printing position deviation compensation value to print the printing content of the first page in an ith printing content when printing is executed using a ribbon of an ith color. The method solves a problem of inaccurate positioning in a printer when one page on printing paper is positioned repeatedly.
Abstract:
A banknote sorting apparatus and a control method therefor are provided. The control method for the banknote sorting apparatus includes: obtaining a characteristic value of a standard template, wherein the standard template is a preset banknote template satisfying a set condition, and the characteristic value is a characteristic value for banknote classification; and displaying the characteristic value and an original sorting parameter corresponding to the characteristic value, wherein the original sorting parameter is a sorting parameter preset in the banknote sorting apparatus.
Abstract:
A paper input mechanism having a buffer function and a printing device using the mechanism are disclosed. The paper input mechanism (300) includes a frame (1) forming a conveying passage (P) for conveying continuous paper, and further includes a fixed passage plate (4) and a buffer plate (2) both located at a paper inputting side of the conveying passage (P), wherein the buffer plate (2) has an initial position and is pressed by the continuous paper to deviate from the initial position; the buffer plate (2) is opposite to the fixed passage plate (4) when being located at the initial position, so as to form a paper input passage (R), and the paper input passage (R) is connected with the conveying passage (P). Arrangement of the buffer plate (2) not only implements the buffer function, but also results in close fit between the buffer plate (2) and the frame (1) of the paper input mechanism (300) to create a unique paper inputting port, thereby effectively avoiding the problem that continuous paper is incorrectly installed by a user, and improving the usability of the product.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a paper storage and a printer. The paper storage comprises: a warehouse body (20) for accommodating a medium, a medium outlet (A), and a roller (5) arranged on the storage body (20), wherein the medium outlet (A) is configured to discharge the medium accommodated in the storage body (20) after the medium passes by the roller (5), and an opening (224) opposite to the roller (5) is also arranged on a wall of the storage body (20), to allow an external medium processing device to match with the roller (5) through the opening (224) to process the medium. To replace the paper storage in a printer adopting such paper storage, the need for respective detachment of various parts of the paper storage, and the need for opening of the upper cover of the printer to load the paper roll are eliminated, thereby avoiding the problems of complex operations of replacing the paper roll and inconvenience in use.
