    Abstract: This electromechanical actuator configured for controlling screens includes an electronically-commutated, brushless, DC electric motor, a rotor and a stator of the electric motor being positioned coaxially around an axis of rotation, the rotor including a rotor body provided with magnetic elements distributed over the outer surface of the rotor, the magnetic elements of the rotor being surrounded by the stator, the stator being formed by a stator core including a circular peripheral wall and pole elements supporting windings, the pole elements being distributed on the inside of the peripheral wall. The ratio between the outer diameter of the stator and the inner diameter of same is less than 1.7. Further, the ratio between the axial length of the stator and the outer diameter of the stator is greater than 1.5.

    Abstract: A home-automation equipment includes a concealing device including a screen, a holding device of the screen, a load bar, a motorized drive device and an autonomous electrical energy supply device. The motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator making it possible to raise and lower the screen. The supply device includes a battery positioned at the holding device, a first electrical connection element positioned at the load bar and configured to be connected to an external electrical supply source, so as to recharge the battery, and a second electrical connection element positioned at the holding device. The second element cooperates with the first element only when the screen is in a recharging position of the battery, so as to establish an electrical connection between the first element and the battery.

    Abstract: A method for configuring a motorized drive device for a closure or solar protection unit including: placing of the motorized drive device in a configuration mode; first movement of a screen towards its unwound position, by activation of the motorized drive device; automatic determination of a low end-of-travel position of the screen; movement of the screen towards its wound position, by activation of the motorized drive device; second movement of the screen towards its unwound position, by activation of the motorized drive device; and stopping of the motorized drive device at the low end-of-travel position of the screen determined during the automatic determination step. The step including the automatic determination of the low end-of-travel position of the screen includes a sub-step for measuring the value of the electric current passing through the electric motor, performed by the measurement device, and a sub-step for determining a variation in the measured value.

    Abstract: An electromechanical actuator includes a housing, an electronic control unit and a switching device. The switching device includes a first member which is attached to a wall of the housing by removable attachment elements and arranged opposite an opening of the wall, and a second member which is movable relative to the first member. The electronic control unit includes a switch and a printed circuit board. The switch is actuated by the second member through the opening provided in the wall and is assembled on the printed circuit board. The printed circuit board includes an electrical connection device arranged opposite the opening of the wall. Moreover, the electrical connection device is accessible through the opening, after the first and second members are withdrawn from the wall, by removing the removable attachment elements.
