Abstract:
A louver roller mechanism is described herein. The louver roller mechanism comprises a turning cylinder in which at least one roller is mounted, a turning cylinder cover is mounted at the opening of the turning cylinder, the turning cylinder and the turning cylinder cover are sequentially and axially mounted on a rotating shaft, and a square shaft is mounted in the rotating shaft. A roller system consisting of a roller mechanism and a gear clutch turning mechanism is also described, which comprises a base and a top cover. The roller mechanism and the gear clutch turning mechanism are set on the base, the roller mechanism is wound with ladder tapes, the roller mechanism is in axial connection with the gear clutch turning mechanism, and the roller mechanism and the gear clutch turning mechanism are driven to rotate by the square shaft.
Abstract:
An apparatus in accordance with the invention includes a gearbox assembly configured to electromechanically operate a window covering. A controller, incorporated into the window covering, is provided to control the gearbox assembly. A security device, such as a camera, motion sensor, audio sensor, proximity sensor, impact sensor, or the like, communicates with the controller and is configured to monitor security at a window associated with the window covering. Such a security sensor may, for example, monitor opening and/or closing of the window, breaking of the window, or the like. In certain embodiments, operation of the window covering is triggered in response to conditions sensed by the security device. A corresponding method is also disclosed herein.
Abstract:
An apparatus in accordance with the invention includes a gearbox assembly configured to electromechanically operate a window covering. A controller, incorporated into the window covering, is provided to control the gearbox assembly. A temperature sensor communicates with the controller and monitors temperature proximate a window associated with the window covering. The temperature sensor may monitor the temperature of the window, temperature external to the window, temperature internal to the window, temperature within a headrail of the window covering, or the like. The controller is further configured to relay at least one of commands and information to an HVAC controller to regulate room temperature in accordance with the monitored temperature. A corresponding method is also disclosed herein.
Abstract:
The invention discloses a louver roller system with a cam pin turning mechanism, including a base and a top cover, wherein a roller mechanism and a cam pin turning mechanism are mounted on the base, the roller mechanism is wound with ladder tapes, the roller mechanism is in axial connection with the cam pin turning mechanism, and the roller mechanism and the cam pin turning mechanism are driven to rotate by a square shaft. The roller mechanism controls horizontal rising and falling of secondary louver blades, and the roller within the roller mechanism rotates to wind or unwind the ladder tapes thereon and sequentially drives various secondary louver blades to rise and fall horizontally. When various secondary louver blades rise to a predetermined position, the roller drives the cam pin turning mechanism to bring a turning cylinder to rotate, so as to achieve turning of all louver blades.
Abstract:
An embedded type motorized blind device. A power supply section has a motor. A power transmitting section has a worm gear coupled to the shaft of the power supply section, a worm wheel positioned on and meshed with the worm gear, a planetary gear formed on a side surface of the worm wheel, and a quadrangular shaft formed integrally with a front end of the worm gear. A control section has an internal sun gear meshed with the planetary gear, a pair of swing arms securely locked to a center shaft fastened to a bottom wall of the internal sun gear, and a pair of limit switches operated by lower ends of the swing arms to control raising and lowering of a blind. An operating section has raising and lowering drums connected one with another, and tilt adjustment parts respectively placed on the raising and lowering drums.
Abstract:
A venetian blind ladder carrier mechanism for connecting the slat support ladders of a venetian blind to a tilt rod. The ladder carrier mechanism includes a drive member connected to the tilt rod for turning with the tilt rod and, first and second carrier members supported for turning relative to the drive members and relative to each other about a the axis of the tilt rod. The first and second carrier members have respective first and second ladder supports spaced outwardly from the axis of the tilt rod and connected to respective ones of the side strips of the ladder. The drive member is arranged to drive the first carrier member in a first angular direction when the drive member is rotated in the first angular direction by the tilt rod to lift one of the side strips of the ladder and the drive member is arranged to drive the second carrier member in a second angular direction when the drive member is rotated in the second angular direction by the tilt rod and raise the other side strip of the ladder.
