摘要： An organic layer of an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display device is formed by transferring a transfer layer of a donor film to aligned pixel openings in a pixel defining region of the OLED display device such that the organic layer is formed in the pixel openings. Each aligned pixel opening has a pair of long sides and a pair of short sides, and the transferring of the transfer layer is performed by applying tensile force to the donor film in a direction perpendicular to the short sides of the pixel openings.

The peer-to-peer service method include advertising E-mail address information and service and sharing resource information through a peer-to-peer network at peers, determining whether a peer requesting a service and a peer providing the service are in online state or in offline state on the peer-to-peer network, and providing a peer-to-peer service through an E-mail server when the peer requesting the service or the peer providing the service is in offline state. The peer-to-peer service system and method using an E-mail service are capable of providing a variety of P2P services (e.g., a message exchange, a file exchange, a remote control, etc.) to peers, which are in online state or temporarily in offline state, by using the E-mail in the P2P network environment which manages the connection information of the peers joined to the corresponding service or the indexes of the sharing resources.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving moving picture data, which can stream the moving picture through the near narrowband communication network in real time by using a portable terminal having a near field communication module like a Bluetooth module. The apparatus transmits some of audio visual data stored in the form of a file which is prescribed by Moving Picture Experts Group to the portable terminal connected to the near field communication network to allow the portable terminal to replay the audio visual data. Then, the apparatus divides the residual data into files with a desired size and transmits the files to the portable terminal, so the portable terminal can simultaneously receive and replay the moving picture.

An insulating interlayer having a first contact hole to a third contact hole may be disposed on the substrate. First electrodes electrically connecting the thin film transistors may be located on the insulating interlayer and sidewalls of the first to the third contact holes. A pixel defining layer may be disposed on the insulating interlayer, portions of the first electrodes and the sidewalls of the first to the third contact holes. Light emitting structures may be disposed on the first electrodes in pixel regions. A second electrode may be located on the light emitting structures. Planarization patterns may be disposed on the pixel defining layer to fill the first and the second contact holes. A spacer may be disposed on the pixel defining layer to fill the third contact hole.
