摘要: The invention relates to a method according to claim 1 for the commercial implementation of a pyrolysis, and to pyrolysis devices for the pyrolysis of pyrolysis stock used in this method. The pyrolysis stock contains a polymeric compound having at least one structural polyurethane unit of the formula (I), wherein Q is a hydrocarbon group with 2 to 8 carbon atoms, preferably 3 to 8 carbon atoms, and n represents a number from 2 to 4, most preferably 2, and -* represents a covalent bond to the polymer backbone. The method and the pyrolysis device according to the invention allow, even with higher compounds of pyrolysis stock an amount of pyrolysis product to be obtained that contains cleavage products which can be reused for the synthesis of polyurethane-containing material.

摘要: The present invention relates to a raw-material supply system and a raw-material supply method for pyrolyzing waste plastic including PVC and PET. The raw-material supply system includes: a slaked-lime supply device (12) configured to feed slaked lime to the waste plastic; an operation controller (15) configured to instruct the slaked-lime supply device (12) to feed the slaked lime to the waste plastic, the slaked lime to be fed having the number of moles that is 1 to 4 times a total number of moles of the polyvinyl chloride and the polyethylene terephthalate in the waste plastic; a melting dechlorination device (18) configured to dechlorinate the polyvinyl chloride and hydrolyze the polyethylene terephthalate by mixing the waste plastic and the slaked lime while heating the waste plastic and the slaked lime; a degassing hopper (20) coupled to the melting dechlorination device (18); and a raw-material supply device (22) configured to deliver the molten waste plastic from the degassing hopper (20) to a pyrolysis furnace (6).

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of styrene monomers by depolymerising polystyrene, to a device for carrying out the process and to the use of a fluidised bed reactor for the depolymerisation of polystyrene. Said process comprising the following steps: a) feeding a polymer composition (A) containing 60 to 99.9 wt. polystyrene, based on the total weight of the polymer composition (A), into the reaction zone (R) of a pyrolysis reactor (P); b) thermally cracking the polystyrene contained in the polymer composition (A) in the reaction zone (R) of the pyrolysis reactor (P) at a temperature of between 400° C. to 1000° C. to obtain a product mixture (G) containing styrene monomers and other components; c) removing the product mixture (G) obtained in step b) from the reaction zone (R) of the pyrolysis reactor (P); d) cooling the product mixture (G) removed in step c) to obtain a condensed product mixture (K) containing styrene monomers and further components; and e) separating the styrene monomers from the further components of the condensed product mixture (K) obtained in step d), wherein the average residence time (Z) of the polymer composition (A) in the reaction zone (R) of the pyrolysis reactor (P) is from 0.01 sec to 10 sec.

摘要: The invention relates to a process according to claim 1 and pyrolysis devices used therein for the pyrolysis of pyrolysis stock comprising polyurethane-containing material, allowing carrying out pyrolysis on an industrial scale. According to the invention, even with higher amounts of pyrolysis stock an amount of pyrolysis product is obtained that contains cleavage products which can be reused for the synthesis of polyurethane-containing material.

摘要: The invention relates to a pyrolysis method and reactor for recovering at least one component from a tire material using thermal decomposition. The tire material is delivered to a pyrolytic chamber (1), exposed to a controlled atmosphere and heated to a decomposition temperature of the at least one component in the pyrolytic chamber (1) by microwave radiation. A variable power microwave radiation at frequencies between 300 MHz and 2500 MHZ is applied to sequentially vary a temperature in the pyrolytic chamber (1) over a temperature range including the decomposition temperature of the at least one component.
