摘要： A thermoelectric element is provided as follows. First and second semiconductor fin structures are disposed on a semiconductor substrate. Each semiconductor fin structure extends in a first direction, protruding from the semiconductor substrate. First and second semiconductor nanowires are disposed on the first and second semiconductor fin structures, respectively. The first semiconductor nanowires include first impurities. The second semiconductor nanowires include second impurities different from the first impurities. A first electrode is connected to first ends of the first and second semiconductor nanowires. A second electrode is connected to second ends of the first semiconductor nanowires. A third electrode is connected to second ends of the second semiconductor nanowires.

摘要： An apparatus for multicasting contents between devices in different networks includes: a home-to-home multicast control device for finding the devices in the networks, downloading contents from a device in a network to which the home-to-home multicast control device belongs, processing the contents to generate file blocks, each file block having chunk files, and multicasting the processed contents to the devices in the networks; and at least one home-to-home multicast bridge device for receiving the contents transmitted from the home-to-home multicast control device and streaming the contents to one or more devices in a network to which the home-to-home multicast bridge device belongs. The storage location information of the user work data is provided to another automatic work data migration apparatuses connected to the automatic work data migration apparatus. The automatic work data migration apparatus searches the storage location information of the user work data if it is detected that the user accesses the work device. The automatic work data migration apparatus connected to the work device accessed by the user receives the user work data related to a work executed in the previous work device.

摘要： A multistage amplifying circuit includes a first amplifying circuit that either samples a first analog voltage input or amplifies a difference between the first analog voltage and a first digital voltage converted from the first analog voltage, in response to a control signal. A second amplifying circuit either samples a second analog voltage input or amplifies a difference between the second analog voltage and a second digital voltage converted from the second analog voltage, in response to the control signal. A common amplifier receives output voltages of the first amplifying circuit and the second amplifying circuit and either resets the output voltage of the first amplifying circuit and determines an output voltage by using the second amplifying circuit, or resets the output voltage of the second amplifying circuit and determines an output voltage by using the first amplifying circuit, in response to the control signal.

摘要： An apparatus and method for managing application context is provided. A first one of a plurality of terminals, each including at least one application, collects and transmits context information of the application to a migration server so that it is stored and managed in the migration server. The migration server transmits the stored and managed context information to a second terminal corresponding to the first terminal in response to a request of the second terminal. The second terminal restores context based on the context information received from the migration server. This can reproduce the same application and desktop environments as those previously set to be suitable for each work situation, thereby increasing user convenience.

摘要： A peer-to-peer service method and system are provided. The peer-to-peer service method include advertising E-mail address information and service and sharing resource information through a peer-to-peer network at peers, determining whether a peer requesting a service and a peer providing the service are in online state or in offline state on the peer-to-peer network, and providing a peer-to-peer service through an E-mail server when the peer requesting the service or the peer providing the service is in offline state. The peer-to-peer service system and method using an E-mail service are capable of providing a variety of P2P services (e.g., a message exchange, a file exchange, a remote control, etc.) to peers, which are in online state or temporarily in offline state, by using the E-mail in the P2P network environment which manages the connection information of the peers joined to the corresponding service or the indexes of the sharing resources.
