    Abstract: Systems and methods for assessing machine learning model fairness are provided. A graphical user interface (GUI) is rendered in a web browser. Input data from the web browser is obtained. A first input produced by a first GUI control is received to identify a prediction column in the input data. A second input produced by a second GUI control is received to identify a ground truth column. A third input produced by a third GUI control is received to identify a sensitive attribute column. A plurality of groups within a plurality of sensitive attribute values in the sensitive attribute column are automatically displayed. The system processes the input data based on the prediction column, the ground truth column and the sensitive attribute column to generate one or more algorithmic fairness analysis, which are used to display a visual report.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for mitigating transaction delay risk are provided. A system may receive transaction data, including at least a transaction amount, associated with a transaction. The system may then obtain transfer credentials associated with a value transfer card, send a request for a pre-authorization hold of the transaction amount using the transfer credentials, and initiate a timer. The system may then monitor a blockchain address for receipt of cryptocurrency associated with the transaction. When the cryptocurrency is received prior to an expiration of a time period associated with the timer, the system may release at least a portion of the pre-authorization hold. When the cryptocurrency is not received prior to an expiration of a time period associated with the timer, the system may settle the pre-authorization hold.

    Abstract: A video localization system localizes actions in videos based on a classification model and an actionness model. The classification model is trained to make predictions of which segments of a video depict an action and to classify the actions in the segments. The actionness model predicts whether any action is occurring in each segment, rather than predicting a particular type of action. This reduces the likelihood that the video localization system over-relies on contextual information in localizing actions in video. Furthermore, the classification model and the actionness model are trained based on weakly-labeled data, thereby reducing the cost and time required to generate training data for the video localization system.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a computer-implemented method is disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, from a transfer rail server, stored card data identifying one or more entities having a stored representation of a value transfer card and data indicating a time of last use of the value transfer card by at least one of the identified entities; identifying a dormant entity based on the data indicating the time of last use of the value transfer card by the at least one identified entity by performing a threshold-based comparison using the time of last use and a current date; presenting, via a user interface of a card management application on a client device associated with the value transfer card, a notification indicating the dormant entity, the notification including a selectable user interface element corresponding to an operation for disabling the value transfer card for the dormant entity; receiving, via the client device, a command in response to the notification; and in response to determining that the command includes a request to disable the value transfer card for the dormant entity, transmitting, via an application programming interface (API) request to the transfer rail server, an instruction to revoke a token representing the value transfer card for the dormant entity to prevent further use of the value transfer card by the dormant entity.

    Abstract: A system and method for determining physical locations associated with activities detected on mobile devices is disclosed. The method includes accessing at least one enterprise rule set which is based on a plurality of security vulnerability events, and for monitoring at least one application used on the mobile devices. Device data indicative of one or more actions performed on a mobile device and a time associated with each action is used to detect whether actions performed on the mobile device breach a rule of the enterprise rule set. Geolocation information associated with the mobile device at the time associated with the breach is received based on an identifier associated with the mobile device or with wireless network access points in range of the mobile device. The received geolocation information, enterprise rules, and device data is used determine if a security vulnerability is associated with the mobile device.

    Abstract: The disclosed exemplary embodiments include computer-implemented apparatuses and methods that validate confidential data based privacy-preserving homomorphic computations involving encrypted data. For example, an apparatus may receive, from a first computing system, encrypted data that includes a first encrypted value representative of at least one of first account data or an element of cryptographic data. Based on the first encrypted value and on second encrypted values, the apparatus may generate encrypted residual values representative of second account data associated with one or more reference accounts, and the apparatus may request and receive a decrypted residual value associated with each of the encrypted residual values from a second computing system. The apparatus may transmit the decrypted residual values to the first computing system, which may validate the first account data based on at least the decrypted residual values and perform operations associated with the validated first account data.
