    摘要： In a biometrics system for a building entrance unlocking or a bank account authentication, reference information registered under administration by the system is transmitted to a room or mobile-phone for private storage, with the original reference information deleted from the system. Biologic information gotten upon authentication is transmitted through wireless system to the room or mobile-phone for comparison with the reference, the result being returned to the system. Or, the reference is tentatively sent back to the system for comparison with the gotten biologic information. The biologic information sent to mobile-phone also includes health control information for storage and display. Mobile-phone also can receive blood pressure information at a waiting lounge of medical institution though wireless local communication even if the main power shut down. The communication between the biometrics system and the mobile-phone is encrypted. The system includes sensor unit and protection unit, the abnormality thereof being separately checked.

Own image data and other's image data are treated equally. Image data received from outside and retrieved from inside memory are treated equally. Search key for own image data and related search keys existing in the outside are indicated in a comparable manner. The digital camera receives search key from neighboring advertiser to send it for Internet search of advertisement. Search key received from neighboring notable site is sent for Internet search of photographs of the notable site taken by others.

    摘要： A lighting device such as an electronic flash device attachable to a camera body includes first and second light projecting optical systems which project first and second light fluxes for illuminating an object to aid focus detection by a focus detection device. The second light flux spreads at a larger solid angle than the first light flux and illuminates a fist distance zone which extends to a closer distance side while covering the whole of a second distance zone illuminated by the first light flux. An optical wedge disposed in the second light projecting optical system deflects a part of the second light flux towards the closer distance side of the first distance zone. Another lighting device includes a single light projecting optical system but it also includes an optical wedge for deflecting a part of a light flux projected by the light projecting optical system to widen a distance zone illuminated by the light flux towards a closer distance. The optical wedge also serves to produce a difference in intensity distribution of the light flux such that the light flux has higher intensity at a part thereof for illuminating a farther distance side of the distance zone than at a part thereof for illuminating a closer distance side of the distance zone. A light source of the light projecting optical system(s) is provided with a conical light reflector surrounding a light emitting diode to reflect light emitted from side surfaces of the light emitting diode forward.
