Abstract:
An IoT system includes a computing module for controlling an integral function of the system and including an analysis unit and a machine learning unit. The analysis unit is capable of operational analysis and creating a predictive model and creating a predictive model according to the data analyzed. The machine learning unit has an algorithm function to create a corresponding learning model. An IoT module is electrically connected to the computing module to serve as an intermediate role. At least one detection unit is electrically connected to the IoT module and disposed in soil to detect data of environmental and soil conditions and sends the data detected to the computing module for subsequent analysis.
Abstract:
A call setup method is provided for a MVPN which includes at least one access point apparatus, at least one database, and a plurality of users. The database records a private extension number, a user phone number, and a user identity module of each user and a link address of the corresponding access point apparatus. The access point apparatus corresponding to a MO user receives a call setup request message for setting up a call with a MT user from the MO user. The access point apparatus corresponding to the MO user determines whether the link address of the access point apparatus corresponding to the MT user is valid according to the database. If the link address of the access point apparatus corresponding to the MT user is valid, the MO user and the MT user set up the call through the access point apparatuses corresponding to the link addresses.
Abstract:
A movement predicting method is disclosed. The method utilizes at least one phone communicating in and moving between neighboring cells of base stations to predict population movement in a prediction interval. Firstly, obtain the traffic volumes in the cells generated by the phone and the handover information generated by the phone moving between the cells in a day. Next, calculate the traffic volumes and the handover information to obtain a movement probability for the population moving between the cells and an average residence time that the population stays in the region of each cell in the different periods of the day. Finally, according to the data obtained, predict an appearance probability that the population appears in each region at the end point of the prediction interval.
Abstract:
A handheld electronic device and a remote control method are provided. The handheld electronic device comprises a display unit, an electronic compass and a processing unit. The reference locations are correlated with the controlled device. The processing unit constructs the coordinate system and calculates the reference location coordinates for the reference locations in the coordinate system. After the coordinate system is constructed, the electronic compass measures the current direction information directed towards the controlled device to be remote controlled from a current location. The processing unit controls the display unit to display a control interface of the controlled device to be remote controlled. The electronic compass measures origin direction information directed towards at least two reference locations from an origin location and measures move direction information directed towards the reference locations from a move location.

Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus and method for executing the handoff process in the wireless networks. The apparatus comprises a processor to execute an identity checking mechanism. When a wireless network station wants to move from a source AP to a destination AP, the wireless network station sends an authentication request message to the destination AP. The identity checking mechanism searches a R0KH table of the destination AP for the R0KH ID contained in the authentication request message, and determines a setting parameter for executing a handoff process. Thereby, the wireless network station may execute the handoff process. A R0KH table of an AP consists of all IDs of R0KHs that can be accessed by the AP.
Abstract:
A phone service method includes: receiving a subscription request from a subscriber, which contains a phone number of the subscriber and a phone number specified by the subscriber; in response to the subscription request, assigning a temporary phone number to the phone number of the subscriber with reference to the phone number specified by the subscriber and a mapping table; and storing the temporary phone number, the phone number of the subscriber, the phone number specified by the subscriber in the mapping table, thereby mapping the temporary phone number to the phone number of the subscriber for the communications with the phone number specified by the subscriber. A server that implements the phone service method is also disclosed.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method and apparatus applicable to an interface between PSTN and PTN for telephone routing. The interface includes a branch switch, a key system, a network branch switch, and media gateway, etc. The telephone routing method and apparatus of the present invention creates, maintains, and utilizes a call-back routing table to enable a specified PSTN user to call the callback external leased line to reach a specified PTN user in a one-stage dialing manner. The process of one-stage dialing includes PTN call origination to PSTN, PSTN call origination to PTN, and callback tag insertion in the call-back routing table. The call-back routing table consists of a plurality of call-back tags. Each call-back tag consists of at least a data triple, i.e. PTN user identifier, PSTN called party telephone number, and callback leased line identifier.
Abstract:
A file repair method for Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) and a UMTS network are disclosed. According to the method, a data structure is established according to a repair request message sent from a user equipment. Each repair block is multicast to the user equipment that requested it by using the original MBMS Bearer Service for file downloading according to the data structure. The present invention does not need any extra traffic and additional control signaling to allow each user equipment to receive required repair blocks.
