    Abstract: An exemplary vacuum interrupter arrangement for a medium voltage circuit breaker includes a vacuum housing within which a pair of electrical contacts are coaxially arranged and concentrically surrounded by the cylindrical shaped vacuum housing. The electrical contacts are formed as a type of TMF-contacts, each having a slotted cup-shaped contact part which is attached to the distal end of a contact shaft and which is covered by a contact ring disposed on a rim of the cup-shaped contact part, wherein each cup-shaped contact part is provided with a vertical inward bending towards the contact ring. The outer diameter of the bottom section of the cup-shaped contact part is larger than the outer diameter of its rim section, in order to alter the Lorentz force to a respective inward direction.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a vacuum chamber including at least one ceramic isolating cylinder with two face ends. At least one of the two face ends of the ceramic isolating cylinder is closed by a metallic cover including an outer and an inner part. A distal end of the outer part of the metallic cover is thinner relative to the remainder of the outer part of the metallic cover and forms a metallic lid. The metallic lid is connected to at least one of the two face ends of the ceramic isolating cylinder in a vacuum tight manner. The metallic cover can be formed in one piece and fits with the inner part of the metallic cover at an inner girthed area of the ceramic isolating cylinder to realize a self-centering of the metallic lid to at least one of the two face ends of the ceramic isolating cylinder.

    Abstract: A circuit breaker arrangement includes at least one pole part for switching an electrical medium to high voltage circuit by a respective pair of fixed and movable electrical contacts. A pushrod of a respective movable electrical contact is operated by a common actuator unit, which is mechanically connected to each pushrod via a transmission mechanism for transferring a switching force from the actuator unit to each pushrod. The transmission mechanism includes a crankshaft having at least one crank which is pivotally attached to one end of a connection rod. An opposite end of the connection rod is pivotally attached to an end of the pushrod of a corresponding pole part.
