Abstract:
An autoinjector having a body (1010; 2010) receiving a reservoir, a piston, a needle, an actuating 5 sleeve (1011;2011) having a contact end to contact the body of the user and displaceable relative to the body between projected positions, in which the actuating sleeve at least partially projects out of the body receiving a reservoir, and an actuation position, in which the actuating sleeve is axially displaced towards the interior of the body receiving a reservoir. The actuating sleeve is in a first projected position prior to actuation of the autoinjector and in a second projected position after actuation of the autoinjector. The actuating sleeve or the body receives a reservoir having a flexible tab adapted to deform laterally relative to the actuating sleeve and/or relative to the body receiving a reservoir when the actuating sleeve is displaced from its first projected position towards its actuation position then from its return actuation position towards its second projected position.

Abstract:
An autoinjector having a lower body (10) receiving a reservoir, a piston, a needle, a central body (1) fixed to the lower body, an actuating sleeve (11) having a contact end to contact the body of the user and displaceable in the lower body between a projected position, in which the actuating sleeve at least partially projects out of the lower body and an actuation position, in which the actuating sleeve is axially displaced towards the interior of the lower body. The actuating sleeve includes a flexible tab (110) adapted to deform on the one hand radially and on the other hand laterally relative to the central body when the actuating sleeve is displaced from its projected position towards its actuation position then from its return actuation position towards its projected position.

Abstract:
An autoinjector having a reservoir (100) containing fluid and a piston; a needle; a driver (200) having a body; a piston rod (210) movable between a rest position and an injection position; an injection spring (220); and a force control mechanism (280, 290) for causing the force exerted by the injection spring to vary in predetermined manner during injection, and a lever (280) and a cam (290), the lever (280) pivotally mounted on the piston rod, being connected to the injection spring (220), and co-operating with the cam; and an interface module (300) fastened to the driver that receives a reservoir (100) before each actuation. The interface module having a selector ring (310) mounted to turn on the driver module, and pivot elements (320) fastening the reservoir module in the interface module.
Abstract:
An inhalation-synchronized fluid dispenser device having a body; a mouthpiece; a reservoir; a valve; a blocking element; a trigger element; and an inhalation-controlled trigger system including an inhalation-sensitive member deformable or movable so that when the inhalation-sensitive member is deformed and/or moved, it moves and/or deforms the trigger element towards its release position, thereby making it possible to move and/or deform the blocking element towards its actuation position. The device has a ring that co-operates with the blocking element, such that in the blocking position, an axial projection of the ring co-operates with an axial blocking extension so as to block the reservoir, and in the actuation position, the axial projection co-operates with an axial recess, thereby enabling the reservoir to move axially.

Abstract:
An auto-injector having a body (1) receiving a reservoir (S) and including a piston (P); a piston rod (5) movable between a primed position and an injection position in which the piston rod (5) has moved the piston (P) to inject fluid into an injection site; and a visual, audible, and/or tactile indicator device for indicating that the autoinjector may be removed from the injection site. The autoinjector includes a retarding system to delay actuating the indicator device relative to the end of injection and that includes a dashpot (16), a shear member (19) and a fluid. The dashpot or the shear member is rotatably mounted in the body and the other is stationary in rotation, the turning of one relative to the other being braked by shearing the fluid contained in the dashpot. The dashpot and shear member include projections that impede the flow of the fluid.
