    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel; a housing configured to support and protect the display panel; a bracket disposed between the display panel and the housing; a plurality of sensors fixed on the bracket; a window located in the display panel or in the housing, and configured to expose at least one of the plurality of sensors; and a driver configured to control the bracket to rotate in a plane parallel to the display panel, and to control the bracket to stop rotating when a required sensor rotates to a position of the window.

    Abstract: An array substrate and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; and a first electrically conductive layer and a second electrically conductive layer on the base substrate, wherein the base substrate is provided with at least one TFT, each of the at least one TFT includes a gate electrode disposed in the first electrically conductive layer, and a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed in the second electrically conductive layer, and wherein the drain electrode has a comb shape and includes a plurality of drain electrode sub-portions extending parallel to one another, and the source electrode has a comb shape and includes a plurality of source electrode sub-portions extending parallel to one another, and wherein at least one of the drain electrode and the source electrode includes an electrode body and an extending portion, the electrode body overlapping with the gate electrode, and the extending portion overlapping with a portion of the first electrically conductive layer other than the gate electrode.

    Abstract: A light guide plate, a backlight module and a display device. The light guide plate includes: a light guide plate substrate, prisms and lattice points, the light guide plate substrate includes: a light emitting surface and a lattice surface opposite to light emitting surface; the prisms are located on light emitting surface of the light guide plate substrate; the lattice points are located on the lattice surface of the light guide plate substrate; and orthographic projections of the lattice points on light emitting surface of the light guide plate substrate and orthographic projections of the prisms on the light emitting surface of the light guide plate substrate are overlapped; the maximum widths of the lattice points are less than 1.5 times spans of the prisms; and the spans are equal to lengths of bottom edges of sides, close to the light guide plate substrate, of main sections of the prisms.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a thin-film transistor, an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The thin-film transistor includes a current enhancement portion, and the current enhancement portion is provided between a drain and a source. The current enhancement portion may include at least one protrusion portion, and the protrusion portion is provided on the drain and/or the source and faces a channel. The current enhancement portion may include an island portion provided between the drain and the source, and the island portion is separate from the drain and the source. The island portion may include at least one protrusion end, and the at least one protrusion end faces the drain and/or the source.

    Abstract: An antenna structure, a manufacturing method thereof and a communication device are provided. The antenna structure includes a first base substrate, a second base substrate, a dielectric layer provided between the first base substrate and the second base substrate, an isolation layer, first coplanar electrodes provided on one side of the isolation layer facing the first base substrate, and second coplanar electrodes provided on another side of the isolation layer facing the second base substrate.     Abstract: A support frame and a display assembly are provided in the present disclosure. The support frame includes a connection frame, a first support plate at a top of the connection frame, and a second support plate and a third support plate respectively at two branches at a bottom of the connection frame. When the display device is on a support plane, the first support plate is connected to a bottom plate of the display device, and the second and the third support plates are connected to the support plane. When the display device is suspended on a suspension wall, the second and the third support plates are connected to a back plate of the display device, and the first support plate is connected to the suspension wall.
