    Abstract: A display device includes a base substrate, a pixel defining layer, a spacer layer and a photosensitive circuit. The pixel defining layer is on the substrate and includes a pixel region and a pixel gap region; the spacer layer is on the pixel gap region of the pixel defining layer and at a side of the pixel defining layer away from the base substrate; and the photosensitive circuit is at a side of the pixel defining layer away from the spacer layer. The spacer layer is lightproof, a first opening is in the spacer layer, the first opening and the photosensitive circuit are overlapped with each other in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, and the photosensitive circuit is configured to detect light passing through the first opening.

    Abstract: A display substrate includes a backplane, a pixel defining layer, a gas absorption layer, and light-emitting layers. The pixel defining layer is disposed on a side of the backplane, and has a plurality of openings. The gas absorption layer is disposed on a side of the pixel defining layer away from the backplane, and is configured to absorb a gas generated by the pixel definition layer due to an action of ultraviolet rays. The gas absorption layer exposes at least part of regions of the plurality of openings. The light-emitting layers are each at least partially located in an opening in the plurality of openings.

    Abstract: A method for fabricating an array substrate, comprising: providing a base substrate; forming a driving-circuit layer, which comprises first driving circuits and second driving circuits; forming a first electrode layer, which comprises transferring electrodes electrically connected to the first driving circuits, and pixel electrodes electrically connected to the second driving-circuits; forming a pixel-defining layer, which is provided with pixel openings and connecting via holes; forming a first pattern-defining layer, which covers the connecting via holes and exposes the pixel openings; forming an organic light-emitting-material layer, which covers the pixel openings and the first pattern-defining layer; removing the first pattern-defining layer, such that the organic light-emitting-material layer forms an organic light-emitting layer; forming a second pattern-defining layer surrounding the connecting via holes; and forming a second electrode layer, which comprises a common electrode and fingerprint-recognition electrodes isolated by the second pattern-defining layer.

    Abstract: Provided is a method for preparing a display substrate. The display substrate includes multiple pixel island regions, empty regions and connection bridge regions. The preparation method includes: forming first grooves corresponding to the pixel island regions and second grooves corresponding to the connection bridge regions on a side of a hard underlay substrate; preparing the display substrate on a side of the underlay substrate where the first grooves and the second grooves are formed, wherein the pixel island regions are located in regions where the first grooves are located, the connection bridge regions are located in regions where the second grooves are located, and the empty regions are located in regions other than the first grooves and the second grooves; and separating the underlay substrate from the display substrate to obtain the display substrate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and discloses a display panel, a preparing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel has a bending area, and the display panel includes a sensing component; the sensing component includes a differential bridge connection circuit composed of a first strain sensor, a second strain sensor, a third strain sensor, and a fourth strain sensor; the first strain sensor, the second strain sensor, the third strain sensor, and the fourth strain sensor are resistance transducers, and are located in the bending area; the first strain sensor and the fourth strain sensor constitute first opposite bridge arms; the second strain sensor and the third strain sensor constitute second opposite bridge arms, and the first opposite bridge arms and the second opposite bridge arms are separately located on two sides of a neutral layer of the display panel.

The OLED display panel includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor and a photosensitive device for fingerprint recognition on the substrate; a transparent dielectric layer on the substrate and the thin film transistor; a light-shielding-planarization single layer on the transparent dielectric layer, wherein the light-shielding-planarization single layer has a first hole exposing the transparent dielectric layer, and a projection of the first hole on the substrate overlays with a projection of the photosensitive device on the substrate; and an organic light emitting device on the light-shielding-planarization single layer, wherein the organic light emitting device is connected to a source/drain electrode of the thin film transistor through a second hole penetrating the light-shielding-planarization single layer.
