摘要: The present disclosure provides an organic light emitting diode (OLED) device and a method for manufacturing the same, an OLED display substrate and an OLED display device. The OLED device of the present disclosure comprises a substrate, and a first electrode, a light emitting layer and a second electrode arranged on the substrate, wherein the light emitting layer comprises fibers of p-phenylene based polymer as a host material, and the fibers of p-phenylene based polymer are arranged in a first orientation; and wherein the light emitted by the fibers of p-phenylene based polymer arranged in the first orientation is linearly polarized light in a first direction. 摘要: The present disclosure provides a display drive circuit for driving a display panel having a plurality of pixels. The display drive circuit comprises a stepping unit, configured to shape a gate voltage signal to compensate for pixel-to-pixel charging variations to thereby reduce luminance variations on the display panel. The display drive circuit can further include a time sequence control unit and a modulation unit. The time sequence control unit can be coupled to the modulation unit, and can be configured to generate a first control signal; and the modulation unit can be configured to utilize the first control signal to modulate a preset signal to thereby generate a second control signal; and the stepping unit can be coupled to the modulation unit, and can be configured to shape the gate voltage signal based on the second control signal prior to outputting the gate voltage signal.

The organic electroluminescent device includes: an anode and a cathode disposed opposite to each other, a light emitting layer located between the anode and the cathode, an electron blocking layer located between the light emitting layer and the anode, and a hole transport layer located between the electron blocking layer and the anode. The light emitting layer includes an exciplex formed by mixing an electron-type host material and a hole-type host material, and a guest material with which the exciplex is doped. The electron mobility of the hole transport layer is greater than that of the electron blocking layer.
