摘要： A tape dispenser adapted to dispense lengths of adhesive tape from a roll of adhesive tape wound upon a cylindrical tape core having a first sidewall, a second sidewall generally parallel to the first sidewall, a hub structure and a tape retaining tab extending inwardly from at least one of the first and second sidewalls. A rearwardly extending tongue is supported between the sidewall front portions, the tongue includes a rear edge approaching the tape retaining tab and defining therewith a gap. An unwound portion of the tape passes through the gap between the retaining tab and the tongue, and the tongue is movable between a first position for holding the unwound portion of the tape against the tape retaining tab and a second position allowing the unwound portion of the tape to separate from the retaining tab.

摘要： A seasonal insulative cover for an outdoor faucet includes at least two layers formed from a weatherproof material. A first and a second of the at least two layers are further connected to define a space there between. The first and second layers include a plurality of air chambers. A valve is included on the cover for inserting air between the at least two layers. Air inflated into the insulative cover at the valve urges the first of the at least two layers to partially conform to the outdoor faucet. The air further creates the space surrounding the outdoor faucet between the at least two layers. The space contains a volume of stationary air, which prevents a movement of air current from transferring heat from the outdoor faucet to an outdoor environment.

摘要： A draft blocker using flexible linear elements contained in an envelope is easily installed upon a door or window. The draft blocker comprises linear elements contained in cavities adapted to ride against the inside and outside of the door thereby sealing the gap between a door and preventing drafts. The draft blocker uses one or more envelope elements allowing insertion of the linear elements at a position other than the ends and has end straps which engage the edges of the door bottom holding the draft blocker in place.

The tape dispenser is configured to allow a user to only use one hand to hold the tape dispenser and dispense a length of tape on an associated substrate.

摘要： The present invention provides an apparatus for dispensing a roll of material such as a pressure sensitive adhesive tape. The apparatus includes an enclosable housing having a roll holding piece, a cover piece, and a hinge assembly for joining the roll holding piece and cover piece. The hinge assembly permits opening of the housing while the cover piece and roll holding piece remain connected by the hinge assembly. The apparatus also includes an applicator located proximate to the dispensing end for applying a material to a substrate; a discharge opening for the material, and a cutting member located proximate to the dispensing end for cutting the material. The apparatus of the present invention is particularly useful as a hand-held tape dispenser.
