    摘要： A tape dispenser includes a plastic injection molded frame with a resiliently flexible finger that helps prevent the free end of a roll of tape from accidentally retracting, falling back, and frustratingly sticking to the coiled portion of the tape. To avoid this problem, a distal end of the finger presses against the inner diameter of a cardboard or plastic spool about which the tape is wrapped. Friction between the finger's distal end and the spool's inner diameter inhibits reverse rotation of the spool. To avoid breaking the finger while forcefully loading the roll of tape into the dispenser during assembly, a lateral backstop surface on the dispenser prevents the spool from bending the finger too far in a laterally outward direction. To avoid breaking the finger during subsequent rough use, another backstop surface prevents the spool from bending the finger too far in a radially downward direction.

    摘要： A tape applicator system that employs an extendable arm to carry and control the movement of a tape applicator mounted at its moveable or free end. The tape is dispensed from a essentially fixed location remote from the applicator which permits the use of larger roll (Machine rolls) without the necessitating moving the roll as is required in a normal hand operated device. The movement of the tape applicator mounted on the arm is restricted to straight line movement by the linkage of the extendable arm. If desired a parallel linkage mechanism may be used in the arm to maintain the angular orientation of the applicator which is particularly important when the tape applicator is a common tape head normally use in taping machines. Using a constant height system the height of the tape applicator can be maintained constant when in operation.

    摘要： A trigger-operated adhesive dispenser includes a rack, a handle affixed to the rack, a swing frame pivotally mounted at the rack, a cutter blade fixedly mounted at the rack, a stopper member pivotally mounted at the rack, and a trigger mounted at the handle. When the trigger is not pressed, the swing frame is stopped by the stopper member and prohibited from being biased, allowing the adhesive tape to be pulled out and adhered to the object to be packed. When pressing the trigger, the trigger will push the stopper member to release the swing frame, enabling the swing frame to be biased, and thus the cutter blade can forced to cut off the applied adhesive tape.
