Abstract:
A method and system to detect a correlation of movements of an input device, sent from a first location, with at least one configurable movement parameter set on a remote computer at a second location remote from the first location, wherein the method includes: (a) sending first movement information from the first location to the remote computer at the second location, the first movement information corresponding to a first movement of the input device; (b) tracking a resulting movement of a cursor of the remote computer at the second location in response to the remote computer having received the first movement information and utilized the at least one configurable movement parameter; (c) calculating predicted movements utilizing at least two possible values for the at least one configurable movement parameter; and (d) determining which of the at least two possible values provides the predicted movement most closely matching the resulting movement of the cursor.
Abstract:
A method of processing image data produced by a solid state image sensor that is overlaid with a color filter array is based on range scaling, demosaicing, matrixing, range clipping and gamma correction being performed in two data collection passes. The demosaicing can be performed with pixels grouped in 2×2 blocks, or quads.
Abstract:
A slotwall panel storage system has a slotwall panel with a plurality of generally “T” shaped slots forming a plurality of generally “T” shaped slats and a hanger bracket for removably mounting a device on the slotwall panel. The hanger bracket includes a support portion, a first generally “J” shaped hook on one edge of the support portion and a second generally “J” shaped hook on an opposite edge of the support portion. A hook or storage device is attached to the support portion of the hanger bracket.
Abstract:
A dual path analog-to-digital conversion method and system. The system includes a first and second circuits. The first and second circuits each convert an input analog signal into digital signals at differing sample rates. The circuit having the slower sampling rate aliases frequency components of the input analog signal that are higher than half that sampling rate. Frequency components causing the aliasing in the slower sampling circuit are replicated from the faster sampling circuit at the appropriate amplitude, folded into the aliased frequency, and subtracted from the output of the slower sampling circuit. The outputs of both sampling circuits are then merged. These techniques extend the bandwidth of the slower conversion system without degrading the low-frequency accuracy of the slower conversion system.
Abstract:
Control of an active three-axis multiple-wheel attitude control system is provided with a bias momentum to achieve stiffness about the pitch axis. With this stiffness, the system overcomes the inherent inability of a zero momentum system employing the sun as its yaw reference to be provided with this yaw reference during the periods encompassing satellite high noon and midnight (i.e., approximate coalignment of the sun line and the local vertical). The satellite attitude is normally maintained by angular momentum exchange developed by three or more reaction wheels positioned on the satellite. The control mechanism is arranged to provide net angular momentum in the pitch axis wheels to achieve the momentum bias or stiffness along the pitch axis, whereas the time average of the angular momentum about the roll and yaw axes is substantially zero.
Abstract:
At least one message flow file that stores a message flow is read by a processor. The message flow stored within the at least one message flow file is parsed. The message flow is organized within a memory as a message flow database structure. Entries within the message flow database structure represent nodes, connections, and properties used by the message flow. The message flow database structure is edited in response to receipt of a structured query language (SQL) statement that specifies a change to the message flow database structure.
