    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI), solving the problem of UCI transmission in a short transmission time interval (TTI). The method comprises: a terminal determining a short transmission time interval (TTI) position and/or a short uplink channel for transmitting UCI; and the terminal transmitting the UCI on the determined short-TTI position and/or the short uplink channel, thereby providing a solution for transmitting periodic UCI in a short-TTI, and thus ensuring that the periodic UCI may be normally transmitted in the short-TTI.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an uplink control information transmission method and device for addressing a lack of a solution that a terminal provides feedback of downlink carriers scheduled by different base stations in a dual-connectivity scenario. The method in an embodiment of the present application comprises: a terminal receives data over a first carrier and a second carrier, the data over the first carrier being scheduled by a first base station and the data over the second carrier being scheduled by a second base station; the terminal generates first uplink control information for the first carrier, and/or the terminal generates second uplink control information for the second carrier; the terminal transmits the generated uplink control information over one uplink carrier according to a TA value and a reference carrier, the uplink control information comprising at least one of the first uplink control information and the second uplink control information. Therefore, the terminal can simply transmit over one uplink carrier the uplink control information corresponding to the downlink carriers scheduled by different base stations scheduling data for the terminal.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a data transmission method and device, solving the problem of using a dynamic uplink-downlink resource division manner for data transmission in a new wireless communication system. The method comprises: a terminal determining the start position of a time unit of the terminal, and determining the division of an uplink region and a downlink region in the time unit; the terminal detecting a downlink control channel in the downlink region of the time unit; and according to the detection result, the terminal performing an uplink transmission in the uplink region corresponding to the downlink region. As a terminal uses a time unit specific to the terminal for transmission, time units of different terminals may have different start positions, and the number and lengths of the uplink regions and/or downlink regions included in the time units of different terminals may also be different.     Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining on a terminal side whether there is an overlap between a transmission time of an uplink channel which transmits using a first transmission time interval length and a transmission time of an uplink channel which transmits using a second transmission time interval length; when there is an overlap, then selecting a part of the uplink channel for transmission according to a predetermined rule, and abandoning the remaining uplink channel for transmission or puncturing the transmission of the remaining uplink channel. On a network side, determining that the terminal selects one type of uplink channel for transmission according to the predetermined rule, and abandons another type of uplink channel for transmission or punctures the transmission of another type of uplink channel. With the present invention, correct transmission of the terminal can be achieved even when channels with different transmission time intervals overlap.
