Abstract: The invention discloses a wheel cleaning and blowing device, which is composed of four systems: a wheel positioning system, which completes initial positioning of a wheel on a roller bed and finds the position of a valve hole; a wheel advancing and dry-wet conversion system, in which the wheel advances while rotating, thus completing double-station dry-wet conversion of the wheel; a high-pressure water cleaning system, which is matched with the advancing rotating wheel to clean the wheel; and a compressed air blowing system, which is matched with the advancing rotating wheel to blow the wheel uniformly. The invention simultaneously discloses a wheel cleaning and blowing method. By adopting the device and the method, the wheel moves forward all the time during cleaning and blowing, the cycle is short, the efficiency is high, cleaning and blowing are integrated, and dry-wet separation is realized.

Abstract: A wheel blank outer rim scribing device is composed of a wheel positioning and clamping system, an upper auxiliary system, a lower auxiliary system, a rim scribing system and a vision detection system. The wheel positioning and clamping system completes positioning of a wheel on a roller bed, clamping and rotating drive; the upper auxiliary system improves the axial positioning precision and power assisting rotation of the wheel; the lower auxiliary system improves the radial positioning precision and power assisting rotation of the wheel; the rim scribing system completes groove ridge machining of the outer rim of the wheel; and the vision detection system detects blanks having insufficient outer rim machining allowance. Abstract: The disclosure discloses a double-station wheel deburring device consisting of two major systems. One is a wheel double-station exchange system responsible for feeding and discharging of two wheels, switching between a first working table and a second working table, switching between an upper station and a lower station, and rotation of the wheels. The other is a cutter feeding system responsible for feeding of a rim deburring blade, a riser deburring blade and brushes. The device can simultaneously remove burrs on outer rims, risers and valve holes of two wheels.
