    摘要: The disclosure discloses a double-station wheel deburring device consisting of two major systems. One is a wheel double-station exchange system responsible for feeding and discharging of two wheels, switching between a first working table and a second working table, switching between an upper station and a lower station, and rotation of the wheels. The other is a cutter feeding system responsible for feeding of a rim deburring blade, a riser deburring blade and brushes. The device can simultaneously remove burrs on outer rims, risers and valve holes of two wheels. Through the interactive double-station working tables, the feeding and discharging operation and the deburring operation are simultaneously carried out at separate stations. The device can be applied to deburring of wheels of different specifications. The disclosure also discloses a double-station wheel deburring method.

A motor II drives an upper brush to rotate, cylinders II enable the upper brush to fall through posts III, and burrs of a front surface can be removed when the upper brush is in contact with the front surface of a wheel; a motor I enables an outer ring and a geared ring I to rotate through a belt I; a motor III enables an inner ring and a geared ring II to rotate through a belt II, directions of rotation of the inner ring and the geared ring II are opposite to that of the outer ring, and brushes are driven to rotate through a gear; and cylinders IV enable a lower brush to rise through guide posts I, and burrs of a back cavity of the wheel can be removed when the lower brush is in contact with that back cavity.

    摘要: A grinding apparatus uses an inner diameter grinding wheel (4) to grind a doughnut-shaped workpiece (12), and comprising: an axle support cylinder (5) for support a sleeve-shaped grinding wheel axle (6), mounted on which is the grinding wheel (4) having annular grinding grooves (13) in its inner peripheral surface. The axle (6) is rotatably mounted in the cylinder (5) to vertically pass therethrough and has an upper surface on which the grinding wheel (4) is fixedly mounted; a means for rotatably driving the axle (6); and, a workpiece axle support sleeve (18) provided with a lower workpiece clamp (20) in its upper end, to which the workpiece (12) is attracted by the suction. The sleeve (18) is freely passed through the axle (6). The cylinder (5) and/or the sleeve (18) are capable of moving vertically and horizontally. The apparatus is improved in grinding efficiency to reduce grinding costs.

The holder can also include apparatus to automatically prevent feed past a limit. Both the feed force and feed limit can be adjustable, including by simple movements of the tool holder by the machine tool.
