The body of an incremental MMS includes a dynamic data section of MMS, a static data indicator associated with the MMS, and a link tag between indicated static data and the dynamic data. The amount of the message quantity transmitted may be reduced because the changed section of the incremental MMS is sent directly via short message channel in dynamic data mode. In turn, the incremental MMS may be sent via short message channel instead of MMS channel due to the reduction of transmitted message, which further reduces the communication cost.

    摘要： The present invention provides a computer implemented method and system for collecting information on a user visit for web analytics. An information collection module is sent to a client in response to a page opening request from the client. The information collection module is for collecting additional information on user visit of the client. Additional information on user visit and basic information on user visit of the client is obtained from a web service request. A web beacon request is generated based on the obtained information. The invention adopts a non-intrusive information collection manner that does not require modifying code of a web application and thus, is much simpler, feasible, and cost-effective than prior art. Further, centralized collection and management for the information on user visit can be implemented. Thus, it is more flexible and convenient for maintenance and optimization.

At least one selection from a user corresponding to at least one menu in an IVR system is received. The selection comprises an instruction selection sequence. At least one voice message and at least one visual message associated with the voice message, each corresponding to the instruction sequence are generated in response to the receiving. The voice message and visual message are transmitted to the electronic device associated with the user. The visual message is to be displayed to the user on an electronic device associated with the user while the voice message is being played to the user.
