    摘要： An apparatus for determining whether polygons which form objects defined by graphic data generated by CAD intersect with virtually generated light rays. Polygons which are not intersected are removed from the graphic data as unnecessary for the generation of CG data. An apparatus is also described in which path passage points which pass through an animation path within a virtual world are interactively set. If an object exists that interferes with a path that joins adjacent path passage points, an alternate route path which detours around the interfering object is generated. An apparatus is also described in which a path of a moving object is interactively set on a perspective view of the virtual world as viewed from one direction. The position of the set path in the virtual world is calculated, and the position of the path in the direction of viewing is corrected to a position that is removed from an object by a prescribed distance.

The moving body recognition apparatus comprises an image input unit for capturing images of an object as a moving body having a rotation, a feature point extraction unit for extracting feature points from the images inputted by the image input unit, a feature point storage unit for storing known position data of the extracted feature points, and a shape/movement recognition unit for calculating the actual positions and movements of the feature points of the object in the images by using the known position data of the extracted feature points outputted from the feature point storage unit.

    摘要： A cartridge, which is an attachment device, is mountable into an insertion slot in a game apparatus. At a side surface inside the insertion slot, a slide member is movable from a near side to a far side. The attachment device includes a housing and a hook. When the attachment device is inserted into the insertion slot, a predetermined portion of the housing abuts against the slide member, and the slide member is caused to move toward the far side of the insertion slot when the predetermined portion is inserted further inside while abutting against the slide member. The hook is inserted into a recessed portion generated at the side surface inside the insertion slot when the slide member moves toward the far side of the insertion slot, and then latches onto the inside wall.
