摘要: A fingerprint recognition device, a recognition device and a display device are provided to include: a light guiding layer and a plurality of recognizer units, on a side of a light transmission substrate. Each recognizer unit includes: a first optical grating which is between the light guiding layer and the light transmission substrate and is configured to diffractively couple a fingerprint light ray having an incident angle within a preset angle range to the light guiding layer; a second optical grating on a side of the light guiding layer; and a detector module on a side of the second optical grating away from the light guiding layer. The second optical grating is configured to extract the fingerprint light ray in the light guiding layer to the detector module, and the detector module is configured to detect a light intensity of the fingerprint light ray.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a display substrate, a driving method thereof and a display device. The ultrasonic fingerprint sensor includes: a base substrate; a driving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to transmit an ultrasonic signal; a receiving structure provided on the base substrate and configured to receive the ultrasonic signal reflected by a finger, and convert the ultrasonic signal into an electrical signal for determining fingerprint information, the driving structure and the receiving structure are provided in a same plane. Since the driving structure and the receiving structure of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor of the present disclosure are in a same plane, the driving structure can be closer to the touch body (for example, a finger), which is advantageous for the ultrasonic waves generated by the driving structure to reach the finger to improve the touch accuracy.

摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an optical fingerprint recognition apparatus and a display panel. The apparatus comprises: a light emitting structure (1), a collimating structure (2) and a plurality of photosensitive sensors (3); the light emitting structure (1) is used for generating detecting light; the collimating structure (2) is used for filtering the detecting light reflected by a finger, such that light with a scattering angle in a predetermined range transmits through the collimating structure (2); the photosensitive sensors (3) are used for receiving the light transmitted through the collimating structure (2) and acquiring fingerprint information according to the received light. The embodiments of the present disclosure are used for manufacturing a display panel. The present disclosure can enhance accuracy of the recognized fingerprint information during an optical fingerprint recognition process.
