    Abstract: This application relates to a polyolefin-based film, including polyolefins with different weight-average molecular weights; where thickness of the polyolefin-based film is ≤6 μm, and the polyolefin-based film has a machine-direction shrinkage of ≤2% and a transverse-direction shrinkage of ≤1% at 115° C./1 h. This application uses polyolefins with different weight-average molecular weights as raw materials, enabling the resulting polyolefin-based films to have an ultra-thin thickness and a low thermal shrinkage. The reduction in thickness of the polyethylene-based film can improve the energy density of the cell to some extent, and the reduction in thermal shrinkage can improve the short-circuit test pass rate of the bare cell, enhancing the safety performance of the cell. In addition, the reduction in thermal shrinkage helps improve the heat resistance of the polyolefin-based film, delaying the thermal failure of adjacent cells when thermal runaway occurs in a cell.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a composite current collector, an electrode plate and an electrochemical device. The composite current collector includes an organic support layer and a metal conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the organic support layer; and the composite current collector has a brittleness parameter C of 0.01≤C≤0.5. The composite current collector provided by the present application has relatively high mechanics and mechanical properties which having good electrical conductivity and current collection performance, which can improve preparation yield of the composite current collector, the electrode plate and the electrochemical device and their reliability during use, and enables the electrochemical device to have relatively high electrochemical performance and gravimetric energy density.
