    摘要: A method for recovering lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide is provided in the present application. The method of the present application may comprise: mixing a slag from lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide production process with a solvent of carbonate ester, to obtain a mixed material; subjecting the mixed material to solid-liquid separation, to obtain a discharged liquid and a solid slag; monitoring the chromaticity of the discharged liquid and comparing the chromaticity of the discharged liquid with a chromaticity reference; recycling the discharged liquid to the mixed material, if the chromaticity of the discharged liquid is higher than the chromaticity reference; and recycling the discharged liquid to lithium bis(fluorosulfonyl)imide production process, if the chromaticity of the discharged liquid is lower than or equal to the chromaticity reference.

    摘要: The present application provide a secondary battery and related battery module, battery pack and apparatus. The secondary battery includes a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, a separator and an electrolyte, wherein the secondary battery includes a positive active material selected from one or more of layered lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide and layered lithium nickel cobalt aluminum oxide, and a negative active material including graphite and silicon-oxygen compound; the delithiation capacity A of the negative electrode film in the voltage range of 0.005V to the delithiation platform voltage and the delithiation capacity B of the negative electrode film in the voltage range of the delithiation platform voltage to 1.2V satisfy: 1A/B2; and when the secondary battery is discharged to a voltage of 2.5V, the voltage U of the negative electrode plate relative to a lithium metal reference electrode satisfies: 0.5VU0.7V.

    摘要: The present application discloses a composite current collector, an electrode plate and an electrochemical device. The composite current collector includes an organic support layer and a metal conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the organic support layer; and the composite current collector has a brittleness parameter C of 0.01≤C≤0.5. The composite current collector provided by the present application has relatively high mechanics and mechanical properties which having good electrical conductivity and current collection performance, which can improve preparation yield of the composite current collector, the electrode plate and the electrochemical device and their reliability during use, and enables the electrochemical device to have relatively high electrochemical performance and gravimetric energy density.

    摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of battery and, in particular, relates to a current collector, an electrode plate including the current collector, and an electrochemical device. The current collector of the present disclosure includes an insulation layer and a conductive layer. The insulation layer is used to support the conductive layer. The conductive layer is used to support an electrode active material layer and is located on at least one surface of the insulation layer. The insulation layer has a density smaller than that of the conductive layer. The insulation layer has a thickness of D1 satisfying 1 μm≤D1≤10 μm. The conductive layer has a thickness of D2 satisfying 200 nm≤D2≤1.5 μm. The insulation layer has a tensile strength greater than or equal to 150 MPa.

    摘要: A battery is provided in the present disclosure. The battery includes: a positive electrode plate including a positive current collector and a positive active material layer; a negative electrode plate including a positive current collector and a negative active material layer; and an electrolyte. The positive current collector includes an insulation layer used to support a conductive layer and the conductive layer used to support the positive active material layer and located above at least one surface of the insulation layer. The conductive layer has a thickness of D2 which satisfies: 300 nm≤D2≤2 μm. A protective layer is arranged on at least one surface of the conductive layer. The negative current collector is a copper foil current collector having a thickness of 6 μm to 12 μm.
