Abstract: Disclosed are a time delay compensation method and apparatus and a time delay control method and apparatus, which are used for performing time delay compensation on the basis of a relative time delay of a service link and a relative time delay of a feeder link. An uplink timing mechanism for an NTN system is provided, to ensure the reliability of a synchronization establishment process of the NTN system and the timing accuracy of a subsequent data transmission process. Provided is a time delay compensation method, comprising: determining that time delay compensation needs to be performed on a service link and a feeder link in a non-terrestrial networks (NTN) system; and performing time delay compensation on the basis of a relative time delay of the service link and a relative time delay of the feeder link.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relates to a method and device for random access, for use in resolving the problem that no current random access process can satisfy requirements of a satellite communication system. The method of the embodiments of the present application comprises: receiving and obtaining a related parameter in a configuration message, the related parameter comprising common cell delay information; generating a physical random access channel random access preamble (PRACH Preamble) sequence, and determining an uplink sending timing location according to the common cell delay information; and sending the PRACH Preamble sequence on a time-frequency resource corresponding to the uplink sending timing location. A relative transmission delay and a multi-path channel delay from a terminal, to a satellite, and to a base station are compensated according to the determined uplink sending timing location, thereby reducing overheads of a PRACH channel.

Abstract: A method for signal measuring, a terminal and a network-side device are provided. The method is applied to a terminal, and the method includes: receiving a measurement-configuration information sent by a network-side device, wherein the measurement-configuration information contains at least a reported group quantity of a measured value of a target measurement parameter, and the target measurement parameter refers to a parameter of a target measurement signal; according to the measurement-configuration information, measuring the target measurement parameter; and sending the measured value of the target measurement parameter to the network-side device. The embodiments of the method solve the problem that, in the conventional 5G NR system, the configuration information for reference signals has not been complete.

Abstract: A positioning method and device used for solving the problems of the existing method for determining an integer ambiguity being relatively difficult and relatively time-consuming. During positioning, the method includes a receiving device determining a virtual phase measured value according to at least two received C-PRS signals (600); determining a TOA measured value according to a received PRS signal (601); determining a virtual integer ambiguity according to the TOA measured value and the virtual phase measured value (602); and finally, determining the location of the receiving device according to the virtual integer ambiguity (603). An integer ambiguity search space is reduced, and the integer ambiguity is determined faster, thus improving the efficiency of determining the location of the receiving device.
