    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of communications and provides a method and apparatus for determining channel state information (CSI). The method includes a network side device determines a measurement mode for CSI, the measurement mode being that the network side device performs transmission using M code words by means of transmit points corresponding to M demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port groups, and M is greater than or equal to 1, and each of the code words corresponds to one DMRS port group, the network side device determines N CSI-RS resources according to the measurement mode, the N CSI-RS resources being used for a terminal to determine CSI of transmit channels corresponding to the M code words, the transmit channels corresponding to the code words being transmit channels from the transmit points of the code words to the terminal, M being less than or equal to N.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are methods for sending and receiving channel state information (CSI), a terminal device and a network device, which are used to provide a CSI sending method or receiving method on the basis of a Rel-16 codebook structure. The method for sending CSI includes determining a compressed basis vector in a precoding matrix, the compressed basis vector belonging to a set of candidate basis vectors, and the compressed basis vector weighted by coefficients of the precoding matrix is used to construct frequency domain characteristics of the precoding matrix; and sending the CSI to a network device, and the CSI includes basis vector indication information, and the basis vector indication information is used to indicate the compressed basis vector.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and a device for channel state information, terminal, and network side, and a storage medium. The method includes: receiving beamformed CSI-RSs, or the beamformed CSI-RSs and frequency domain basis vector indication information transmitted by a network side by means of antenna ports, where beams used in beamforming are determined based on spatial domain basis vectors or based on the spatial domain basis vectors and frequency domain basis vectors, and the spatial domain basis vectors and the frequency domain basis vectors are determined based on an uplink channel; determining port indication information and a port combination coefficient for data transmission based on the beamformed CSI-RS or the beamformed CSI-RS and the frequency domain basis vector indication information; and feeding back the port indication information and port combination coefficient to the network side for determining precoding of downlink transmission data at the network side.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a clock offset determination method, a clock offset processing method, a device, and a system, used to enable a base station to monitor reference signals, PRS and C-PRS, of a neighboring base station, so as to achieve time synchronization and frequency synchronization between base stations, and to resolve the issue in which a time offset caused by a frequency offset between the base stations results in the degradation of system positioning performance, thereby improving the positioning performance of the system. The clock offset determination method provided in the present application comprises: measuring a carrier-phase positioning reference signal (C-PRS) used to position a carrier phase and transmitted by a transmitter end of a positioning reference signal, so as to obtain a phase measurement value; and determining, on the basis of the phase measurement value, a clock offset between a receiver end and the transmitter end of the positioning reference signal.
