    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a measurement processing method, an apparatus and a storage medium. At a terminal side, the method includes: determining to perform a SDT; and changing a measurement operation to be performed by the terminal in an idle state or an inactive state during execution of the SDT; where the changing the measurement operation to be performed by the terminal in the idle state or the inactive state includes one or more of the following: changing a measurement operation for a cell reselection to be performed by the terminal in the idle state or the inactive state; and not triggering a first measurement to be performed by the terminal in the idle state or the inactive state, where a measurement result of the first measurement is used to assist the terminal in configuring a DC or configuring a CA in an active state. Thus, in the process of performing the SDT, the terminal in the idle state or the inactive state changes the measurement in the current state to reduce unnecessary terminal behavior and power consumption of the terminal, thereby reducing the influence of the measurement of the terminal in the current state on the SDT and reducing unnecessary interruption in the SDT.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a positioning method and device. The method comprises: during the process of a terminal in an idle state or an inactive state transmitting an SRS to a base station for uplink positioning, the terminal or the base station acquires channel state information of a transmission channel between the terminal and the base station, and detecting, on the basis of the channel state information, a synchronization state between the terminal, which is performing idle-state or inactive-state uplink positioning, and the base station; and when uplink out-of-synchronization is detected, the terminal or the base station uses a corresponding processing approach to continue to guarantee the subsequent idle/inactive positioning process flow.

    Abstract: Provided in the present application are a positioning method and apparatus, and a terminal and a storage medium.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a mobility robustness implementation method, a device, and an apparatus, used to detect unnecessary handover from a 5GS to an EPS. The method comprises: a first network-side apparatus determining first measurement information after a terminal has performed inter-system handover; and sending the determined first measurement information to a second network-side apparatus, such that the second network-side apparatus notifies, according to the first measurement information, the terminal to continue measuring a cell signal under a source system of the inter-system handover. In the method, when inter-system handover occurs, the first network-side apparatus enables the terminal to continue measuring the cell signal under the source system by means of the first measurement information, thereby determining whether the terminal has performed an unnecessary handover.
