Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of communications. Disclosed are a synchronization state processing method, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: during the process of a terminal in an idle state or an inactive state transmitting an SRS to a base station for uplink positioning, the terminal or the base station acquires channel state information of a transmission channel between the terminal and the base station, and detecting, on the basis of the channel state information, a synchronization state between the terminal, which is performing idle-state or inactive-state uplink positioning, and the base station; and when uplink out-of-synchronization is detected, the terminal or the base station uses a corresponding processing approach to continue to guarantee the subsequent idle/inactive positioning process flow.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and discloses a terminal location capability reporting method and device. The method comprises: an access and mobility management function (AMF) entity obtains and stores a terminal location capability of a terminal, and after a location service for a target terminal arrives, if the terminal location capability of the target terminal is stored in the AMF entity, the AMF entity transmits the terminal location capability of the target terminal to a location management function (LMF) entity, so that the LMF sets a location method for the target terminal according to the terminal location capability. In the process above, when the LMF entity needs to obtain the terminal location capability of the target terminal, the terminal location capability of the target terminal can be directly obtained from the AMF entity, and there is no need to interact with the terminal to obtain the terminal location capability. Therefore, location delay caused by the LMF obtaining the terminal location capability in a location service processing process can be remarkably reduced.

Abstract: Provided are a UE capability information processing method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprising: reporting first capability information to a network side device; the first capability information being UE capability information associated with a SCG deactivate state (101); receiving, from the network-side device, first configuration information for instructing a UE to perform a configuration associated with the SCG deactivate state (102); and performing the configuration associated with the SCG deactivate state (103). By defining the UE capability associated to the SCG deactivate state in multiple connection scenarios, when the network side is performing an operation or configuration corresponding to the SCG deactivate state, on the basis of the corresponding UE capability, the network side may decide whether to perform or how to implement the corresponding operation or configuration, thereby ensuring that when no data transmission exists on the SCG side, the SCG is suspended to conserve energy, and when needed, the SCG can be quickly activated to perform normal data transmission.
