The method includes: receiving, by a first network element, a reference signal; determining a time-domain channel response of the reference signal according to the reference signal; performing filtering processing on the time-domain channel response to obtain a line-of-sight time-domain signal; determining subcarrier phase information of a line-of-sight frequency-domain signal according to the line-of-sight time-domain signal, where the subcarrier phase information is used to determine location information of a terminal device. The present disclosure can improve the accuracy of locating the terminal device.

Abstract: The present application discloses a clock offset determination method, a clock offset processing method, a device, and a system, used to enable a base station to monitor reference signals, PRS and C-PRS, of a neighboring base station, so as to achieve time synchronization and frequency synchronization between base stations, and to resolve the issue in which a time offset caused by a frequency offset between the base stations results in the degradation of system positioning performance, thereby improving the positioning performance of the system. The clock offset determination method provided in the present application comprises: measuring a carrier-phase positioning reference signal (C-PRS) used to position a carrier phase and transmitted by a transmitter end of a positioning reference signal, so as to obtain a phase measurement value; and determining, on the basis of the phase measurement value, a clock offset between a receiver end and the transmitter end of the positioning reference signal.

Abstract: A positioning method and device used for solving the problems of the existing method for determining an integer ambiguity being relatively difficult and relatively time-consuming. During positioning, the method comprises: a receiving device determining a virtual phase measured value according to at least two received C-PRS signals (600); determining a TOA measured value according to a received PRS signal (601); determining a virtual integer ambiguity according to the TOA measured value and the virtual phase measured value (602); and finally, determining the position of the receiving device according to the virtual integer ambiguity (603). An integer ambiguity search space is reduced, and the integer ambiguity is determined faster, thus improving the efficiency of determining the position of the receiving device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a timing error related information transmission method and apparatus. According to the timing error related information transmission method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, related information between an SRS-Pos resource or an SRS-Pos resource set between transmission timing error information is reported to a network device by means of UE, such that when the position of a terminal is calculated, the network device can select a different transmission timing error according to the related information and a different SRS-Pos; a transmission timing error can be estimated more accurately or the influence of the transmission timing error can be removed; the influence of the transmission timing error on the calculation accuracy of the position of the terminal is avoided; and the positioning accuracy of the network device when estimating the position of the UE is improved.
