    Abstract: A speed reducing device includes a motor and a speed reducing mechanism. The motor includes a stator portion and a rotor portion. The rotor portion includes a first eccentric ring and a second eccentric ring. The speed reducing mechanism is partially accommodated within the rotor portion. The speed reducing mechanism includes a first roller assembly, a second roller assembly, a third roller assembly, a first cycloid disc set and a second cycloid disc set. The first roller assembly includes at least one first roller. The second roller assembly includes at least one second roller. The third roller assembly includes an output shaft and at least one third roller. The first cycloid disc set is mounted around the output shaft and disposed within the first eccentric ring. The second cycloid disc set is mounted around the output shaft and disposed within the second eccentric ring.

    Abstract: A cycloid speed reducer includes two rotating disc assemblies. Each rotating disc assembly includes two cycloid discs. In other words, the cycloid speed reducer has four cycloid discs to be contacted with the corresponding rollers. Consequently, the load withstood by each cycloid disc is reduced. Since the cycloid speed reducer has stronger structural strength, the cycloid speed reducer can be applied to the high-load circumstance. Moreover, an eccentric assembly of the eccentric device includes plural eccentric cylinders. The eccentric cylinders are installed within the axle holes of the corresponding cycloid discs. Due to the plural eccentric cylinders, the eccentric direction of two cycloid discs is opposite to the eccentric direction of the other two cycloid discs. Consequently, it is not necessary to install an additional weight compensation device in the cycloid speed reducer to compensate the dynamic equilibrium.

    Abstract: A motor driven linear actuator comprises an electric motor, a ballscrew device, and a rolling bearing. The electric motor includes a motor shaft having a first end portion. The first end portion includes an end surface and a receptacle having a first accommodation space. The ballscrew device includes a screw having a first end portion coaxially connected to the first end portion of the motor shaft. The first end portion of the screw includes a first section to be accommodated in the first accommodation space for fixing the screw with the motor shaft. The rolling bearing is disposed between the electric motor and the ballscrew device for supporting the first end portion of the screw. The end surface of the motor shaft contacts and abuts against the rolling bearing for limiting the movement of the rolling bearing between the electric motor and the ballscrew device.

    Abstract: A brake device of a rotating motor is disclosed and includes a base, an upper plate, a sliding plate, a transmission component, a lining plate, a connection element, a planar plate and an elastic component. A rotating shaft runs through the base in an axial direction. The sliding plate is arranged between the base and the upper plate, and driven by the drive module. The transmission component is sleeved and fixed on the rotating shaft, and includes a sleeved peripheral edge, a limiting portion, and a perforation. The limiting portion is protruded outwardly from the sleeved peripheral edge in a radial direction, and the perforation is passed through the limiting portion along the axial direction. The lining plate sleeved on the sleeved peripheral edge is located between the sliding plate and the upper plate. The elastic component is arranged between the planar plate and the limiting portion.

    Abstract: A mechanical arm system includes at least two links, at least two control devices and at least two motor devices. Each of the control devices includes a first control unit, a mechanical arm control unit and a driving unit. The first control unit receives an end-position command to output a first torque signal. The mechanical arm control unit includes a rigid mechanical unit and a mechanical model unit. The rigid mechanical unit receives the first torque signal to obtain a rigid mechanical torque, and the mechanical model unit receives the rigid mechanical torque and operates the flexible mechanical model to establish the mechanical arm model for obtaining the target torque, and the target position signal is output according to the target torque.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic drive and driving method configured for driving an ultrasonic tool. The ultrasonic drive includes a switch module, a sensing element and a control element. The sensing element senses the voltage and current of the ultrasonic tool and generates a sensing signal accordingly. The control element receives the sensing signal and outputs a control signal. The switch module outputs an ultrasonic signal according to the control signal for controlling the vibration of the ultrasonic tool. When the ultrasonic drive operates a frequency sweep function, the control element determines an operating interval and an operating frequency of the ultrasonic signal. When the ultrasonic drive operates a frequency following function, the control element adjusts the operating frequency according to the sensing signal for keeping the impedance of the ultrasonic tool consistent.

    Abstract: An axial flux machine includes a modulated stator, a rotor, and a plurality of spacers. The modulated stator includes plural stator units. Each stator unit includes a magnetic core and at least one winding. The magnetic core has first plate, a second plate, and a sidewall connecting the first plate to the second plate, and the winding is disposed on the magnetic core. The stator units construct the modulated stator. By modulating the stator, the slot fill factor and the cogging torque performance can be improved. The spacers are disposed to isolate the magnetic cores. The rotor is disposed in the modulated stator and includes plural first magnetic pieces and second magnetic pieces arranged alternately, and the magnetic flux lines of the first and second magnetic pieces respectively pass through sidewalls of the magnetic cores to construct C-type magnetic loops of opposite directions thereby improving power density.
