Abstract: A physical quantity sensor detects a physical quantity of a fluid and a sealing resin. The physical quantity sensor is mounted on a circuit board and includes an electrode part electrically connected to the circuit board. The sealing resin is provided on a physical quantity sensor mounting surface, which is formed on the circuit board and equipped with the physical quantity sensor, and covers the electrode part. The physical quantity sensor mounting surface includes a mounting region surface including a place where the physical quantity sensor is provided and a place where the sealing resin is provided and a peripheral region surface extending around the mounting region surface. A wettability of the mounting region surface for the sealing resin in a liquid form is higher than a wettability of the peripheral region surface for the sealing resin in the liquid form.

Abstract: A data processing method of variable measurement data in an electronic control unit (ECU) is provided. The ECU that processes the data processing method calculates a filtering frequency based on a delay time frequency based on a transmission timing cycle of the measurement data and a processing timing cycle of the measurement data in the ECU, and also based on a pulsation frequency of the measurement data, and removes, from the measurement data, a component of the filtering frequency calculated in the calculation of the filtering frequency.

Abstract: The physical quantity measurement device includes a passage flow channel, a branch flow channel, and a physical quantity detection unit. A direction along which a pair of opposing surfaces facing each other are arranged is defined as a width direction, and a direction orthogonal both to the width direction and an inflow direction of fluid through an inflow port is defined as a height direction. An inner peripheral surface of the passage flow channel includes a height narrowing surface that narrows the passage flow channel so that a height dimension of the passage flow channel along the height direction is gradually reduced toward the outflow port while reserving a parallel region extending linearly between the inflow port and the outflow port parallel to the inflow direction. The height narrowing surface is not exposed through the inflow port in the inflow direction.

Abstract: A plate-like flow sensor is located in a bypass passage such that a front-to-rear direction of the flow sensor is substantially along a width direction of the bypass passage. The flow sensor divides a flow from its upstream into a first flow, which passes on its front side, and a second flow, which passes on its rear side. The bypass passage has a bent portion in which the first flow and the second flow merge on a downstream side of the flow sensor. A flow deflection unit changes a turning quantity of at least one of the first flow and the second flow such that a turning quantity of the first flow and a turning quantity of the second flow are substantially conformed in the bent portion.
