    摘要: A method, system, and device for providing a service in the field of communications technologies are provided. The method includes the following steps. A terminal acquires a network instruction. The terminal initiates a call in a Circuit Switched (CS) domain according to the network instruction. The CS domain provides a service according to the received call from the terminal. The system includes a delivery device, user equipment (UE), and a device for providing a service. The UE includes an acquisition module and a processing module. By providing a network entity with enhanced functions (for example, an enhanced Visit Mobile Switch Center (VMSC) and an enhanced Proxy Call Session Control Function (P-CSCF)), the terminal is capable of providing an emergency call service and a monitoring service for a terminal user when a session is established by using an Internet Protocol (IP) Multimeda Subsystem (IMS) CS Control Protocol (ICCP) signaling.

With the method, functions of the Voice Call Continuity service control entity may be improved, so that the Voice Call Continuity service control entity may receive notification signaling notifying that a user performs a supplementary service, and to resolve the notification signaling, and to update the call attribute of the user.

    摘要: A thermal barrier coating composition comprising a base oxide, a primary stabilizer oxide, and at least one dopant oxide is disclosed. Preferably, a pair of group A and group B defect cluster-promoting oxides is used in conjunction with the base and primary stabilizer oxides. The new thermal barrier coating is found to have significantly lower thermal conductivity and better sintering resistance. The base oxide is selected from the group consisting of zirconia and hafnia and combinations thereof. The primary stabilizing oxide is selected from the group consisting of yttria, dysprosia, erbia and combinations thereof. The dopant or group A and group B cluster-promoting oxide dopants are selected from the group consisting of rare earth metal oxides, transitional metal oxides, alkaline earth metal oxides and combinations thereof. The dopant or dopants preferably have ionic radii different from those of the primary stabilizer and/or the base oxides.

    摘要: A method and a system for maintaining session continuity, in which the system includes a Handover Source Function (HOSF), a Handover Destination Function (HODF), a Handover Anchor Function-Control Plane (HOAF-CP) and a Handover Anchor Function-User Plane (HOAF-UP). The method includes a first user establishing a connection through the HOSF with the HOAF-CP and the HOAF-UP which correspond to a second user, so as to establish a session with the second user. The method further includes that, during session handover, the HODF that corresponds to the HOSF establishing another connection with the HOAF-CP and HOAF-UP though which the first user continues the session with the second user, so as to maintain the session continuity. When access address or access technology of the terminal changes, or even the terminal changes during a session, the method and the system can logically replace the connection before the handover with a new connection to ensure the session continuity.
